This was a gift from my skin twin. I'd just finished complaining about how hard it was to remove those 24 hour eyeliners when this arrived in the mail! What a happy surprise. It can be used as is and wiped off, but I like to get my skin ready for it by splashing first with some warm water to make sure my pores are open. I squeezed out about 1/4 teaspoon and mixed it with a little water to get it going, then wiped it all off with a clean face cloth. I always use a white one so I can see exactly what's coming off. All eyeliner, mascara, foundation, blush concealer and highlighter came right off. No need to reapply and I could get started with a cleanser. I do not care for the packaging, which is awkward to use. It needs a new closure and delivery system in my opinion, the bottle is not soft enough to squeeze out product and gets a little clogged in the bottle for some reason. Maybelline please fix this and you will have a great product at a great price.

I use this first when I wash the day of makeup off my face, has an oily feel so I use a foaming wash secondary. Really good at removing the makeup! Little squirt goes a long way with me. I like it for the gentleness and the way it removws all my makeup.
I was really upset when Neutrogena discontinued their eye makeup removing lotion, and I was looking for a new one. I decided to give this one a try, and I've gotten some pretty good results. The bottle is kind of hard to use, though. You have to squeeze it to get the product out, and the bottle isn't really designed for that.
However, the product itself is pretty good, and removes all of my eye makeup. It's a little bit runnier than the Neutrogena one. Just make sure not to place it IN your eye, because yes, it will burn. If you keep it away from your eyeball you're golden.

I was really excited to use this product, i'm usually a Pond's fan, but I picked this up on a whim. I use it to remove eyeshadow./mascara. It stings my eyes/skin horribly!!! And for about half an hour after I use it, my waterline and underneath my eyes is super red. Won't repurchase :(
Love this stuff! I put some on a cotton round and swipe all of my eye makeup off. It doesn't sting your eyes or leave a weird residue. I usually get the almay eyemakeup removers but those dried out my eyelids a little. This product is very refreshing and gentle, it also takes off ALL my eyemakeup without leaving anything behind.
love this product i just purchased it tonight, and it worked like magic.
first i applied it to my entire face, and all of my makeup came off so easy---without having to scrub at all!.
i applied a second coat just to my eyes to take off my eyeliner and mascara, and it came off just as easy!!!
doesnt leave your face feeling sticky, or yucky. But it makes your face feel clean and moisturized !

Just want to say this product is not liquids, it has a bath and body works lotion consist antsy. Not sure if the person below got a defect. Works great. I smear it over my eyes, then follow it up with a baby wipe.... And my eye makeup is all gone. No harsh scrubbing with other makeup removers.

I was so happy to see a 4 oz bottle of bi-facil knock off remover for less than $5 at Walmart. I bought it, brought it home in the sack to find that the bottle leaked all over. :( I tried to gently pour the solution onto cotton balls but it was a great big leaky mess. I'm so annoyed with the product packaging. I've wasted a lot of it just trying to use it normally ( tip it over and pour into cotton ball). I don't squeeze it ever and it just leaks non stop. In one use 1/4 of the bottle has been used up. So in reality I can get maybe 4 or 5 uses out if this bottle so in actuality I do not save money by buying this. The product itself performs great though. Just like BiFacil.

I am loving this eye make-up remover! It is so economical compared to the products that I have been using and works just as well and is kinder to the eyes since it doesn't burn or irritate. Will definitely be purchasing again and again!

Update- Terrible...skip it. If you add water, it's like rubbing Vaseline on your face and makes it 933 harder to remove something as easy as foundation. Spit works better than this stuff. Lesson learned not to buy more than one before I try it.
It's nothing spectacular for mascara removal but it doesn't leave you greasier than a seal covered in butter which is why I rated it so high. I used Maybelline The Rocket mascara, started with a dopple of of this stuff (concentrating on the eyes) rubbed, then took it off (I'm pretty vicious when it comes to makeup removal cloths) with a Yes to Grapefruit wipe. Mascara still kept coming off raccoonish so I slopped some more on the whole face and and removed it with the clean side of the wipe until it burned..then followed up with a ELF makeup wipe and a little makeup still came off. However, it is actually pretty awesome compared to every other drug store makeup remover. This does NOT in anyway make you feel like you just took a shower in baby oil. It didn't bother my skin *cross my fingers because every time I say I love something, it goes to crap in a week*. I tried this in the shower too, usually I just use shampoo or soap to get off the mascara but this makes me feel way cleaner, and has a good moisturizing feel which isn't tight or too grease spill looking/feeling.
Pros-
No strong smell, has a very very light fresh scent
Didn't break me out
Pores look happier
Skin feels cleaner than with wipes
No slimy baby oil feel
Doesn't get oil goobers in the eyes, if you do get some in the peepers...it goes away after like 10 blinks/no haze of grease
Leaves my skin feeling cleaner than oil free liquid removers
Pink bottle is cute and easy to haul around
Now I will actually use makeup remover instead of cheating with soap for the eyes, and St. Ives scrub for the rest of my face
Finally a deep down clean that my pores are thanking me for after slathering 9 billion products on it every day
Cons-
Bottle is really small. Took me 3 weeks to actually find it in stores when it was in front of my face the whole time, just thought it would be bigger for some reason.
A pump would be better, but the cap is more convenient for purse travel.
Doesn't work miracles on non-waterproof mascara...probably why they also make an eye makeup remover from this line...
Probably will fun out fairly quick for 5 or 6 bucks
I've only used this a couple times as of 1/13/13, so I will update in a week if my skin gets angry at this
