Age: 25-29 Skin: Sensitive, Fair, Neutral Hair: Blond, Wavy, Coarse Eyes: Green

Eep, this color is amazing, but the formula is awful.
It is a deep charcoal with silver glitter, and larger red dot glitters.
It needs 3 coats to become opaque (to get the color in the bottle).
It dries to a matte type finish? It reminds me of the new OPI liquid sands. Not pretty, but a shiny top coat makes it look much better.
Even with a base coat and top coat this polish chipped after one day. Not impressed.

Cocktail dress is a brown glitter nail polish with red flecks in it! Beautiful! It stays on pretty long with a top coat! Perfect with any brown,burgundy or even red nail polishes! Love it!
