It makes a great eyeshadow base. Makes your eyeshadow more vibrant, more intense. Also, I like the application. I pat it on eyelid. It' s gentle to delicate eye skin. No tugging involved. I like it even better than my NYX Junbo pencils, because ELF is a turn mechanism when point wears down, but NYX need to be sharpened

Lovely color, horrible formula. Does not blend, only disappears. Creases like you wouldn't believe. Wore this to work over a primer and topped with HE e/s and looked a hot mess by 2pm.

This is a green toned brown with a shimmer finish. It glides on very easily and can be blended very carefully. If it is blended too much, it will become sheer. There are ten colors in this series and this one seems to be one that has that least amount of shimmer.
