In-Line

Great liner for in the water line. I also use it on the lid too. The navy one really makes the whites of my eyes look brighter. Great for when I had a late night!

This liner is meant to be used on the inner lid, essentially tightlining (according to the box). It's allegedly waterproof, but it soon bled under my eyes. Worthless. Do not buy.
