I bought this in Canada at Shoppers Drugmart. It's regularly around $10-12, but frequently goes on sale for about $7. This takes my waterproof mascara off fairly quickly without too much tugging, doesn't sting my eyes at all, and doesn't feel too greasy afterward.

this waterprrof eye makeup remover is from the Balea range available at German & Austrian drug store called DM Drogerie.
this stuff is great & removes waterproof eye makeup really fast & without irritating the eyes.
its a 2 part system of oil & remover (blue & white) that you have to shake to mix & then apply to a cotton pad.
i have used some high end removers & some of them dont even come close to how well this removes makeup. highly recommended.
i would prefer if it was in a pump dispenser however its a cheap product that works well so i cannot complain. continued >>
