Oh my gosh. I cannot keep this product in my section! I always try to use a new product in my cosmetics/HABA sections when they come in, I instantly fell in love with this line! My hair felt bouncy, shiny, and healthy. I got clients to try and I now have repeat customers who tell two friends and so on, amazing product.

I bought the whole "age defy" combo and had tried the treatment a couple of times, so I decided to try the shampoo and conditioner yesterday. My hair is so fine and feathery it is an uphill struggle to make it look normal. I have been using the cell-u-plex "thicker fuller hair" shampoo and the "small talk" Tigi conditioner with quite decent results.
This conditioner is useless for my type of hair. It leaves your hair soft and I suppose easy to detangle if you have a lot, or tangled. It might help with normal hair.... but add thickness or body to fine hair??? NO WAY! I even regret having spent money on it and will keep replacing my Small talk until I find something better.

My hair: very thick hair, length is past my bra strap, and color treated. The pretty black packaging sucked me in! Pantene conditioners usually work very well for my hair (particularly the deep conditioning masks) but this one did not work. It basically made my hair flat and YUCK. I've used it for about a week straight thinking it might get better. I used it with John Frieda highlight enhancing shampoo for darker blondes, if that matters. When you squirt it into your hand, it is very thick, and reminded me of a clay facial mask. The smell was unusual too. When I rinsed it out, my hair had NO slip at all! So I blow dried it, and the result was flat, gross looking hair. Needless to say, my hair ended up in a bun that day :( I'll stick to what I typically use from Pantene, and will not repurchase.

I found that this does condition well, but leaves my hair without bounce, feeling too heavy. I used it with the matching shampoo. My hair is thick, but fine, and I really need to have some body and bounce in my hair. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me.
I like this conditoner, it smells great and it's very nice, creamy and pearly, I had to use quite a bit to detangle the matching shampoo, hair is bouncy and shiny but I still have some frizzy hair, L'oreal Advanced is much superior than this line.
May 31: tried this again today and I really like it, turned my hair into silk
I have spent a fortune on my hair over my past 46 years. For the past 6 years or so I have had terribly dry hair and tried everything, but at best I have had so so results with products. If they do anything to condition my hair then it falls flat and looks dirty, if it gives volume then it drys it out. I mean I have tired everything, even from other countries. I bought this because I thought since it isn't expensive what do I have to loose. This is GREAT!!!!! I use it with the Age Defy shampoo. My hair has never looked so good! It is full and shiny, and not a bit dry. I was even scared after reading some reviews that it drys hair out, as my hair is already dry from age and color. This did exactly what it advertised. I even insisted my mother and sisters buy it. This is the first time I have felt I should write a review on any hair product, but I just want anyone who was thinking about buying please do yourself a favor and BUY IT!!

I don't usually use shampoo, as I use WEN, but I found the shampoo and conditioner for $7.50, so I thought I would try. I have naturally curly hair which has been permanently straightened with an Aveda system. My hair is on the dry side, but in good condition. I do have several greys and color my hair. The shampoo did lather well and made my hair feel very dry, so I was a bit worried. It did not strip my color, but my hair did feel dry. After the shampoo I used the conditioner and combed it through my hair. I left it on for a couple of minutes and rinsed. I was able to comb through my hair easily and my hair felt conditioned. Followed with my Macadamia oil and dryed. My hair was soft, smooth and bouncy. It did not feel dry at all or weighed down (as I have fine hair). I have used both the shampoo and conditioner about 5x now and been pleased with the results each time. I might repurchase after I run out of all my WEN!
I'll cut to the chase -- I love this stuff! I have been using the Age Defy shampoo & conditioner together for the past few weeks and it just does wonders for my hair. I've also used the conditioner on its own, with a different brand shampoo, and the results were still superb. For reference, I have very thin, fine, chin-length blonde hair. I'm 41 and my hair is changing -- becoming more dry, losing it's luster, just getting more "blah"-looking. I am always on the prowl for conditioners that promise to restore body & bounce. I've had various, but extremely limited, favorite brands over the years. This product from Pantece beats them all. I don't have any idea what's so special about it, I just know it makes my hair look full, shiny, soft, easy to style, and healthy-looking. I am stocking up! I hope all you ladies who struggle with dull & thinning hair try it for yourselves. As a side note: I also purchased the Age Defy thickener and used it for about a week, but I was not completely happy with it -- I will post a separate review for that product.

I have been using this with both the shampoo and the thickening treatment. I got all 3 in a trial size box for 9.99 at my local Walmart. They are generous trial sizes. The shampoo is around 3 ounces, 2 ounces for conditioner and not so sure about the treatment, but it seems to be staying pretty full after several uses. Out of all 3 products, I like this one the best. It is very moisturizing, but doesn't leave my hair feeling limp or coated. I will continue to use all 3 products in combination until I run out then will go back to my normal products to see how much I miss the Pantene. I have no problem paying the prices for these products as the products I usually buy are much more expensive. It's definitely worth a try!!!

Despite the hype, I wasn't expecting much from this product. However, I trusted the beauty gurus at Allure and Good Housekeeping enough to give it a whirl. And holy crap, I'm so glad I did! For reference, I'm 49 (ugh) and my hair started going prematurely gray when I was 17. So I have plenty of silver strands, but since I color and highlight, I don't really know -- and don't want to know -- how many. Also, about 5 yrs ago I experienced a traumatic event which led to a lot of hair loss. Thankfully, most of that has grown back but I was left with dull, brittle hair. Enter Age Defy. (I am speaking for the shampoo and conditioner together.) After my first use I'm like, what? Shine? My hair hasn't been remotely shiny since I was pregnant 7 yrs ago, despite every argan/macadamia nut oil/silicone product there is. I thought it might've been my imagination or hopeful thinking, so I refrained from coming to MUA review site to praise this product. But after using this for 3 weeks -- it replaced my Pureology $30-a-bottle shampoo and conditioner -- I have come to the conclusion that this line really lives up to its hype. I've used Pantene products before, but this is NOTHING like any of their other lines. It's not like I have my 23-yr-old hair again (let's be real) but it is significantly softer, more manageable and shinier. I just bought the masque today and will review that later. Great product line.
