While the product does smell great, there definitely aren't enough granules to effectively scrub -- it's almost too liquidy.
The product comes in a jar -- hard to close once you've got product on your fingers.
Not worth buying.

I don't like this facial scrub at all. While it smells fantastic (really, it does!), it doesn't do its job. It doesn't scrub and it doesn't exfoliate at all. That I notice anyway. Don't waste your money on this. There's millions of better scrubs out there that's both cheaper and scrubs better. Like Formula 10.0.6. Their scrub is definitely better in my opinion.

This product is not an effective facial scrub, IMO. I like the smooth, creaminess of it and the way it feels on the face, but the strawberry seeds are not value added in the least. If anything, they're more of an annoyance. There are definitely much better facial scrubs out there to be had. Skip this one.

I like this--sort of. Good in a pinch--something I reach for if I'm dead tired, being lazy and just need to wash my face before bed. I rather like the artificial smell--it's kind of fun and nostalgic--this is something I would have loved as a teen. The strawberry seeds are too large to provide any real exfoliation and just feel...scratchy. On the plus side, it does make my face really soft, and I like that. I received this as a sample from Mario Badescu, but I don't think I'd purchase the full size.

I do like this scrub for the most part. It leaves my skin really soft and cleans it nicely. The main problem I had is that the fake strawberry scent it has gives me migraines. =/

I would buy this product again in a heartbeat. It worked wonders for my skin. My skin typically doesn't break out too much, and this product was perfect for it. It was lightweight yet effective, and the results left me feeling like I didn't even want to wear makeup due to how effective it was. The combination of this as well as the right moisturizer is amazing, and the results are worth the price. I got mine as a free sample from their website, which was very appealing. Ulta stores also carry it, and they have coupons available, which are great. I wish it was available in more stores, but online is fine too. The packaging is simple, and doesn't have anything flashy, which I feel like you pay for with most skincare products. The results of it are incredible, and it also smells great, but doesn't linger on your face all day.

For a very non abrasive scrub without irritants, it does a good job for regular exfoliating frequent exfoliating product for sensitive skin.

Smells decent (faux strawberry, but not unpleasant), but doesn't do much. Doesn't really exfoliate or moisturize, and the strawberry seeds can potentially cause small tears in the skin. Avoid.

I have just finished my sample of this and absolutely plan to repurchase.
I have sensitive, combination skin that is prone to hormonal dryness/breakout. Lots of more harsh exfoliating products tend to make my skin worse but this scrub is delightful.
Scent is divine, texture is very creamy and silky, and I feel that the AHAs in this one are really improving my skin texture.
FYI the seeds are more of a throw-in, and don't do too much in the way of scrubbing (it's the gentle strawberry acids in this one that truly do this).
I really look forward to using this 3x a week in the shower!

Like most of the reviewers of this product, I recieved a large sample of this scrub in the mail after filling out a consulation survey on the MB site. Unlike most of the previous reviewers, I really like this product. I have sensitive, combination skin, and after using this scrub my skin feels more smooth and looks more luminous. It does provide a very gentle exfoliation, from the seeds and AHAs. The scent is divine, and the price is reasonable. I absolutely plan to repurchase this product.

I actually really like the product. I have SUPER sensitive skin and I don't like using heavy exfoliaters. My skin is also extremely oily. This product removes any build up and makes my skin feel super soft and smooth and preps it wonderfully for my Clinique cleanser. I use it every other day and I've noticed a significant change in the texture of my skin.

People, people. A little chemistry lesson is in order here. It isn't so much the seeds that does the exfoliating, it is the ACIDITY of the strawberry itself. Brushing your teeth with a mashed-up strawberry will whiten your teeth; therefore the same acidity will remove the top dead layer of cells on your face with continued use.
I love this scrub specifically because it is non-abrasive. It smells awesome, and the price is good. I just went through my sample and will be purchasing the full-sized product.

I got this as a sample after I did their questionnaire. It didn't really do anything. It needs to have more seeds to do any exfoliating.

I received this as a sample from the website from filling out their questionnaire. I have oily/combination skin with occasional monthly breakouts. The product says it's "made with real strawberry seeds" but I think it should really say "made with real strawberry fruit." Those little seed-looking things in the face scrub aren't seeds, but rather biologically the "fruit" of the plant. Anyways, I love how this product smells, but it does leave a waxy-like film on my face when I don't wash it all off. It doesn't do any good for me, as it it doesn't remove blackheads or any of that. I will not be purchasing the full-size product.

The strawberry seeds dont help with exfoliating, and there is nothing chemical to break down skin debris for exfoliating purposes.
it cannot be used as a cleanser as it doesnt cleasne thoroughly as a sole cleanser may do,,,,,this product works neither as a exfoliator or cleanser.....

Like the kiwi scrub, this was a dissappointment. Pros: the color is very pretty and pink, and the smell was delicious, like whipped strawberry cream. Cons: texture is kinda slimey, doesn't seem to clean very well. Hardly a scrub, the seeds are too big and too feel to provide any kind of exfoliation. Seemed to leave a film on skin even after rinsing it off.
It smelled great but did not seem to do anything. Unfortunately, out of all the MB products, only the glycolic foaming facewash impressed me.

I liked this one. It is not the best scrub ever, but it's not the worse. I do not understand the bad reviews at all. Some of you say that this doesn't exfoliate at all. Well, if you take a look on the packing , you'll see that this is meant to be NON ABRASIVE at all, so it's obvious that you won't feel it harsh on your skin. Furthermore, I felt like this scrub is doing a good job in eliminating the debris that are in the pores sometimes.
As I said before, this is not the best scrub ever, I hated the fact that the smell and the color were looking very synthetical but that's it with all the cosmetics out there, I guess. I won't repurchase it because I like the Kiwi Face Scrub better.

I really did not like this stuff at all. It looks pretty and smells yummy but that's about. I got this in my free sample kit and it's the only thing in there I'm not liking. The strawberry seeds don't exfoliate, they simply scratch your skin and I'm not very sensitive! Plus it very creamy and almost lotiony, so I feel like I just slathering more gunk on my face then taking off. Hard to rinse it off too since it's consistency is as such. Definitely would never recommend this to anyone!

Someone bought this for me from Bendel's. It's a beautiful pinky sheen color and smells delicious, but it really doesn't do much else. The exfoliating strawberry bits are too scarce and too large so you can't really exfoliate at all. I haven't particularly found that this removes makeup very well either. Good as a little pick-me-up for the scent but I much prefer other face washes.

First, this product is not exfoliating at all.
Second, the strawberry seeds are very harsh to the skin. Even though there's not a lot of those seeds, they are huge and hurt the skin so much.
Third, the creamy texture of the scrub looked kinda nice and it smelled great. BUT. It's super oily. After you rinse, you can still feel that it's greasy.
Save your money, not worth it.
