I was all set to return this. Had it in the bag with the receipt. It's a turquoise glitter in a transparent base. After four coats I still hated it and intended to take it back, but then I put it over my existing blue polish that I was about to take off but got lazy. Castle was about to come on and I didn't want to start a mani from scratch so close to bedtime. Whoa! It looks SO much better layered onto opaque blue. So I guess my beef is they should label it as a topcoat. The formula is kinda thick and goopy. It needs some thinner, definitely, but I'm going to keep it.
