Dutchess is gorgeous, reminiscent of peacock feathers. The polish is a bit sparse by itself, but looks lovely when layered over a blue or teal polish. The teal glitter is micro, almost shimmery in a way. The purple glitter, however, is slightly bigger. Yes, it does resemble Milani's "Twinkle" a bit, but Twinkle's blue is more electric, whereas Dutchess's shade of is definitely teal.

Ugh! So disappointed. This resembles Milani's Twinkle in the bottle: blue and purple fine glitter, though it's a bit darker. It took two coats for opacity, and the formula was terribly thick and gloppy. With my usual BC & TC, it didn't even last 24 hours of normal wear before it popped off in entire sheets from half of my nails. It's going back to CVS.
