Yeah I would buy this again. If my goal was to make my hair into the most dry, brittle straw-like hay that existed. For the record I have medium length hair that is color treated and fine (but I have a lot of it so it's not like super baby fine). Worst hair mask/treatment I have ever used. EVER! Thankfully I bought the small packet from Ulta to try it before shelling out $33 bucks for the big tub. I kept hearing people rave about it on YouTube (I'm thinking of you Elle Fowler!) so I wanted to give a go. HORRID! I should have known when I rinsed it out and my hair did not feel soft and even felt dry while still under running water. I couldn't comb through it when I got out of the shower.......so many tangles. For the rest of the day my hair felt horrendous. So dry and brittle. NEVER AGAIN! I tossed the remainder.

I really loved this product. I'd heard about it a while ago on Youtube so I finally gave in and purchased this. My hair isn't really damaged or anything, normally I don't do much at all. But this really made my hair quite a bit smoother and really silky. It was somewhat expensive but I ordered on Amazon, first a smaller tub but then I loved it so much I decided to pick up another. I for a 16.9 oz tub for around $25 which wasn't too bad. Also, I'm OBSESSED with the smell, I wish I could use it more than the recommended 2x/week!

My hair is medium thickness and wavy. I don't color it, but I do heat style once a week if at all. My hair often looks frizzy and dry, which I believe is mostly due to hard water. This stuff makes my hair soooo soft and healthier-looking. Love it.

Wow! Great results. I had never heard of the product and picked up a sample packet at Ulta as part of an at home spa weekend. My hair is medium thickness with a wavy texture. I rarely blowdry or apply heat to my hair, but it still gets dry. This made my hair super soft and gave me nicely defined waves. I will definitely purchase the full size product. This is the most impressed I've been with a hair product ever.

I bought this after watching many YouTube videos saying it was the best hair mask ever. Well hhhmmmm. Not really at least not for me. I did have damaged hair but it didn't make it wow Soft. Just soft. I can get that from a regular drugstore product. I got the largest size on amazon, but still it was a lot of money for a so so product. Mostly hype very little action

OMG words cannot describe how much I loathe this hair mask. I bought it based on the rave reviews on YouTube. It is made for dry/coarse hair, which I have, so I thought it would be perfect. Wrong. I used it this morning and I noticed it made my hair feel "coated" and didn't put any slip in it. The red flag for me was when I rinsed it out in cool water it wasn't silky feeling at all. I tried blowdrying a section of my hair and my brush wouldn't even glide thru! I got so irritated that I pulled out my drug store shampoo/conditioner (John Frieda smoothing shampoo & Suave humectant conditioner) and washed my hair in my sink to start all over. It feels so much better, cleaner, silkier, and not sticky. I can't stand it when my hair feels coated and sticky. I might use the mask to shave my legs but it won't be going in my hair ever again. What a disappointment. continued >>

I know that so many people love this product, but it sadly didn't really do anything to help my hair.

I got the small little packet size from Ulta just to try it out after hearing so many good things about this hair mask. I will say that I tend to have really strong, healthy hair as it is, but lately for the first time in my life, I've been playing around with heat (curling irons, flat irons, etc. - I'm a late hair styling bloomer). So, over the past year, my ends have slowly started to show some damage, and I figured this would help it. But it didn't really do anything.

I currently use Giovanni tea tree shampoo along with the smooth and silk deep moisture conditioner, which I can usually get on sale for less than $8 each at Target, Ulta or Whole Foods, and it works so much better than this hair mask. For me, anyway.

The first thing I noticed was that the hair mask had a very strong smell - almost medicinal. I will also admit that I'm extremely sensitive to fragrances, so the smell probably won't bother most people. I do love the smell of all-natural oils, including argan oil (a main ingredient in this mask), but I hated the smell of this stuff. I followed the instructions on the packet and used the whole thing (using the treatment three times over the course of 12-14 days) and my hair never felt as moisturized or healthy as it does with my Giovanni conditioner. In fact, it felt a little more brittle and dry.

So, no bueno with me, unfortunately. I do, however, adore the macadamia nut oil treatment. That stuff smells like nuts (yum! love!) and really improves the condition of my hair without being too greasy.
