Love Love Love this! This is HG status for me having tried practically EVERY high end foundation on the market. Although, buyers need to be aware that ONE PUMP is seriously all you need for your whole face. For those who are having it settling into fine lines, your using too much product. A little goes a long way! A+++

After the countless reviews I read about this foundation, I had to buy it. I am not amazed with this product at all!! Same quality as any drugstore foundation. I have oily skin and breakout easily. I look for a full cover foundation and long lasting as well. I was a loyal costumer of Estee lauder Double wear but after they changed their formula I had to go on the hunt for the next best thing. This Is NOT IT. I used a face primer along with it and 2 hrs after putting on, my skin looks awful! OILY it basically melted off my face and I'm indoors! I cant even imagine how this foundation performs during those hot summer days. It does not stay put like it says it does. Definitely NOT waterproof. I wont buy again & and i would'nt recommend it at all. I've actually found something close to Estee Lauder D.W but less heavy "SmashBox Studio Skin" continued >>
I really wanted to love this product, especially after hearing all the reviews of so many youtubers and makeup artists raving about this. But in all honesty, I was not that impressed. For starters, the packaging is really cute (as it always is with Kat Von D products) and fairly practical (the bottle itself is a really effective pump). However, I had an issue with the texture. I have combination skin. The t-zone of my face can get rather oily, and the foundation I use regularly helps control it. This foundation seems to do the exact opposite for me--It increases the oiliness of my skin, while totally highlighting any little dry spots. The texture isn't just a weird creamy type thing, I can feel the creamyness on my face like I'm wearing an uncomfortable mask. I usually wear a medium coverage foundation, and this one does a fantastic job at LITERALLY masking any flaws--that's how FULL coverage it is. I like to see at least some of my skin through the foundation I always wear, but this one will leave you looking flat and one dimensional (and if you're like me and you don't like to waste time contouring your face, this product will look ridiculous). The color selection is great, and it does match my skin very well, almost perfectly, but I would rather wear a color that is slightly off, blended into my neck, than to put a product this cakey and uncomfortable on my skin. I can just feel it sinking into my pores and potentially causing breakouts. It also oxidizes TERRIBLY. It matches my skin tone when I initially put it on, but by the end of the day, it's about two shades darker than it should be. Returning asap.
I would only suggest this to someone who is not prone to breakouts/is not oily-skinned at all/doesn't have any kind of dryness whatsoever/literally no wrinkles. So basically, if you have perfect skin, you might like this, but what's the need of a foundation when you don't have skin insecurities in the first place?
I got a sample of this from Sephora. The lightest colour is awesome for my super pale skin which almost nothing else matches, so that was nice. It fades quite evenly on my super oily skin, but it sunk into my pores a bit too much. Overall, it lasted about two hours on me (this is with Milk of Magnesia as a primer and Maybelline Dream Matte powder on top). It also didn't control oil.
I love the edgy packaging. I only have a sample, since it's all out of stock. It gives the most AMAZING full coverage and hides all my acne scars. I definitely have to get the full when it's restocked.
This product isn't bad... it's just not for me. The coverage surpasses any other liquid I've ever used but this is both good and bad. If it's not EXACTLY your skin tone or if it oxidizes even the tiniest bit throughout the day, then it's completely obvious. Also, on me at least, it wouldn't keep matte even with the use of a mattifier, primer, and setting powder. The initial finish is beautiful (p.s. make sure to add some color back to your face with blush or highlighter/bronzer because otherwise it's so full coverage you'll look very dull and unnaturally one-toned) I just couldn't get it to hold up.
I would suggest this product for people with more normal than oily skin for the reasons I mentioned above (oxidation and melting off). I wish I could make this work but I tried and tried and just couldn't.
My last bit of advice is less is more. It's so thick and full that you should start with about half of what you normally use in liquid foundation.
Good luck to everyone else!

I wanted to love this because when I tried it in the store, it looked like it might actually cover my under-eye circles. No go. I have combination skin and this product cakes and flakes on my face on contact. Wrinkles I didn't even know I had are suddenly loud and proud. Even when I use less than half a pump to tint my moisturizer it looks like clown paint. Covering it with a mineral powder just makes it look worse.
It might work for people who are either much younger than I am or used to wearing a lot more makeup, but it makes me look like Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard.

This is one heavy duty foundation...if you need/want full coverage this is it. I can ususally go without concealor when I use it. I actually have the perfect color M52, when my skin is misbehaving, not a smooth as I like it, I reach for this. Nothing bad to say and will repurchase in the future.
I didn't like this. Color match was good but it settled in my pores and got cakey even when I used a primer. Was also very oily after 4 hours even though I used setting powder and setting spray.
Other Foundation Matches: MAC NC20, MUFE HD 120, MUFE Mat Velvet 25, Urban Decay Naked Skin 3.0, NARS Sheer Glow Deuville, Estee Lauder Double Wear Sand, Bare Minerals Golden Fair/Light, Bobbi Brown Beige, Tarte Light...
I suppose I could go on, but hopefully that will help someone get their match if they don't have samples. In this I am debating between Light 44 (beige undertone)--need a little bronzer and Light 48 (beige undertone) which could be a good summer color.
This is by far my favorite full coverage foundation. All the other ones I found have looked cakey and fake over time. This one takes the cake.
When I first applied it, like most people, I overdid it. A little goes a long way...and by a little I mean it makes me about a pea size to cover my face, less than half a pump if I want the best results. This is so highly pigmented and thick that it spreads and covers all my redness. I moisturize the heck out of my face, even extra moisturize and apply this and my skin looks flawless and pretty natural. Everything just airbrushes away. Sometimes when I wash my face at night I get shocked by what my skin actually looks like since it looked so flawless before removing the makeup.
**Note on the lighter shades. A few different consultants at a few Sephora's said that the company was reformulating the formula because one of the ingredients was no longer available. The lighter shade should be out by May hopefully. For now I just run to Sephora and get samples of my color since purchase is not available yet. The good thing about this is a sample can last me up to 2 weeks because a little goes such a long way!
Definite winner!
