The eye concentrate feels more like a serum than a cream because of how runny it is. It gets absorbed very quickly, but is definitely not strong enough to hydrate. I have to top it off with another product that actually feels like a cream. But after getting over my initial disappointment, I have found this type of layering to work well for my dry skin. If one eye cream proves to be deficient, layering it with a lighter formula is not a bad way to improve its performance. Next time I am finding a more economical product for sure though.
