    This is my third bottle already. Now, this is a moisturising toner, not a moisturiser. it is a cheaper and better (in my mind) version of the Kiehl's Ultra Facial toner. It pumps my skin right away...

    Used alone it isn't moisturising enough but it works great as a preparation for moisturising essences used at night. Super good value- lasts forever even with generous use!
