Savvy by DB is a cheap range of cosmetics available from Priceline in Australia. Their products have recently been reformulated and are really hit and miss. The lipglosses are good, the lipliners are good, and the foundations, blushes and powders are pretty decent, but the lipsticks are BAD!!! This is a shame, because their lipsticks in the old formulation were quite good. I haven't tried the new line of eyeshadows or eye pencils.Guava is a really pretty pearl finish pinky coral and would be absolutely perfect for light to medium skin tones, but it has no staying power at all. It feels creamy upon application and has no taste or smell but it dries out quite quickly and lasts for less than two hours. When it does wear off, it wears off very unevenly and leaves the lips feeling quite dry. I've also tried Nude and Coral in the same line, and they apply unevenly and wear off quickly also. All lippies are $5AU and I would only recommend them if you want to try out a lip colour for a party and don't want to spend up big. Even then, is it worth spending $5 for something that will be binned after a couple of wears? Really the only way you will get any wear out of these is either using after filling in your entire lip with a liner, or maybe by using some of the darker colours as a light lip stain by using your fingers to dab the lipstick onto your lips. It's a real shame because the colours are very wearable. Such is life.
