This was a disappointment! I was so excited to get a bright neonish blue polish for summer! Paid $10 at Ulta (they are much less at Sally's but I didn't feel like driving around) and got it home, painted my nails (I used Seche base and top coats and two coats of Skinny Dip). It goes on fairly well and like most neons it would be matte without a shiny top coat. Sadly, this started chipping after just a day or so! Lots of wear at the tips as well and I had to touch up after about one day:( Even after some touch ups and another top coat of Seche, they still chipped in a couple days. I get much longer wear with my BL polishes, Essie and China Glaze's. I don't remember having problems like this with other Orly polishes I own. Maybe this is just a bad formula, but either way I DO NOT recommend it and would NOT buy again. Too many other fun neons out there I am sure there's a close dupe in another brand that wears longer!
