I have gone through a couple of these and will continuue to repurchase! better than high end liners! I love the pen style application because it provides alot of control for creating wings and thick lines. This liner truly stays on until you take it off and is a rich black black color! FABULOUS product!

This eyeliner is terrible. It doesnt dry and is wayyyy to wet. Colour payoff also sucked.

Bought this after losing my Kat Von D Tattoo Liner. It's a really affordable price but the quality isn't as great as the Tattoo liner I bought from Sephora. What I like about it though is how tiny it is and that it's a felt tip pen. The Cons: I had to shake it a lot of times to get the right amount of ink to come out when lining my eyes and the formula doesn't stay as long as the advertisements claim it to be. I had some dark smudges on the corners of my eye by the afternoon. mind you, I've got oily lids, so that could be one of the reasons why the product doesn't work for me. I'll probably be using this as an emergency eyeliner for my makeup kit...will i be repurchasing? Nope. I'll stick to Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner or Stila's "Stay-All day" eyeliner at least for those two brands I know I'm getting bang for my buck. :)

PROS: Love that it's small enough to fit in my little makeup bag. Easy to apply. Lasted well on my eye as any other "long-lasting" liner I've tried (colorstay, etc.) Price is great. I really love the brown color in this. It's a perfect dark brown for me.
CONS: Some may not like that it is just a tiny bit thin in consistency. I don't want a super heavy line, though, so I like it that way. I found that I had the same problem as many others: it got VERY thick, to where I couldn't use it (even with shaking it before each use), within a few weeks. :(
ALTERNATES: Revlon Colorstay or Almay's i-color liquid liners that are to enhance your eye color.
APPLICATION TIPS: Shake this a bit before every use (has a little mixer bead inside.)

I've been using this product for about 3 months now, and only just today did I have to go out to buy another because my first was losing color! Huge points for that.
Pros: -will stay as long as I want on my greasy lids (with a primer) if I avoid contact with water--it has stayed on even after I went to bed for the night
-love the felt tip applicater. doesn't provided the straightest line, but for the price I can deal with having to quickly run a q-tip over it to smooth the line out
Cons: -there aren't many! my only complaint would be that it wears off my around my inner eye after so many hours, but no flakes and it's not very noticeable

This may be HG material for me. I have dry skin, but my eyelids tend to get oily throughout the day. My eyeliner always slides off or flakes. This eyeliner is a godsend. It stays on my eyes WAY better than any other eyeliner I've tried. No flaking or sliding. The only thing I've noticed is a little fading by the end of the day. But I'm willing to overlook that. If you get oily eyelids, give this a try!!
I picked up CG's LineBlast in Eternal Brown a few weeks and I'm very impressed all around. I love the felt pen tip - I'd never even considered using a product with one and that was probably why I've always failed miserably in applying liquid liners with my shaky hands. The felt tip makes it so easy to just shake and apply as thin or thick as you want. The staying power of this CG eyeliner is fabulous. The size of the product is fabulous as well, as there's no long applicator or pencil to try and control. I think the price was pretty fabulous too - I think I paid under $5 for this product. I've always refused to spend good money on any eyeliner because I'm so bad at applying it and wasting product, but this stuff is great for such a low price. The only non-fabulous thing I can say about this eyeliner is that it takes kind of a long time to dry, so be sure to have all of your shadow on and your lashes curled before you apply this or else it may rub off or get stuck and dry in other places. So 1 lippie off for the long dry time, but 4/5 lippies overall. Will repurchase.
The felt tip own makes this easy to apply. However, it has zero staying power. I wanted to try this because of its 24 hour claim and was disappointed. Within 4-5 hours I had bad flaking and fallout. I prefer line stiletto, which provides blacker color and more staying power. Still looking for the holy grail liner.
UPDATE: I HAVE to lower the rating to a 3 from a perfect 5. Sadly after the first use of this eyeliner, its performance for the next several uses suffered greatly. I had flaking in the inner corners of my eyes. The deep black it first produced immediately turned into a grey. Application was splotchy and uneven. I had to work quickly before it dried to try to get an even opaque line. My initial use..... I was blown away by this as you can see by my original review so I have to apologize for not using this liner for a full week before reviewing. My first day of use was just so wonderful I had to review it right away. MY MISTAKE. In the end I will definitely not repurchase and am still un-amazed by anything from CG. ------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am not usually a fan of Cover Girl products but this eye liner is truly amazing! The formula is a bit runny but not impossible to control. I can create a precise cat eye with the fine felt tip. The color dries as a somewhat shiny but true black. I wore this from 11am until I washed it off around 10pm so I cannot say about its 24 hour claim but it stayed perfect and true to color during that time frame and that is just perfect to me. No flaking or smudging. I have such a horrible time with eye liner smudges even with my UD 24/7 pencils. This liquid liner didnt budge one bit. Cover Girl impressed me with this one. HG for as long as its around! I LOVE IT! ($6 or so @ Target but theres always coupons for $1 off so I paid less! So cheap and just an amazing eye liner!)
