Lovely nail varnish overall. 2 medium coats or 3 very light ones are good. not too streaky, may be 1st coat only a little bit. Love the colour, as neon as it gets. The finish as far as I feel is more vinyl sort of looking. on the Illamasqua website it says that its a satin finish, however I feel something plasticy and kind of artificial-great finish for the neon colour! IMO if you are looking for neon this one is the best, it feels great on the nails too! In terms of colour you can find similar(but worse) however colour-finish combo and a feel of it when its on your nails is soooo nice! Worth its price, I got it at Canadian Sephora for 18$+tax.

This is a bright NEON yellow cream-finish polish that leans almost green. Of all the neon polishes I've ever used, this one is the easiest to work with. It's opaque in a couple of coats, isn't streaky, and doesn't dry totally matte, though it definitely looks better with a nice glossy top coat. This is so chic and stylish- the nails are a perfect place to try out the neon trend if you don't feel comfortable wearing bright neon jeans or a dress.
