Excellent deal. For the price of the Fusion Soft Lights you get that, an eye palette, a huge (mega) lip gloss and a makeup bag.
I love the eye palette, great pigmentation, and the soft lights are gorgeous. The lip gloss is a little light for me, but can be worn over something darker.
I have only ever used Smashbox primers and lip gloss in the past and was pleased with their other products.

LE, 2012, Smashbox Studio Steal, Beauty in a Bag ($115 value for $29)

Waterproof powder eyeshadow palette (no color name) - 5 shadows: matte golden beige, shimmery mauve, satin plummy mauve, shimmery stone taupe, satin heathered plum. Neutral toned and a nice range of colors, though it would be nice if one shade were dark enough for lining. Small shadow brush included. The colors in this are nearly identical to the shadows in Stila's Stylish in Seoul Travel Palette - the darkest shade in the Stila palette is more purple and darker than the heathered plum in this one.

Lip Enhancing Mega Gloss in Pink Crush - rosy medium pink with some shimmer. Medium pigmentation. Fat tube with very fat doe foot. Texture of the gloss reminds me of BB wanded glosses, a little sticky and thick (which is fine for a gloss but not exactly great if you have strands of hair that fall near the lips). It's called "Mega" because you get enough gloss in one pull, and don't need to keep dipping back into the tube. Personally, I wasn't finding my lipglosses deficient in this respect, plus I appreciate slim tube that can be tucked easily into a pocket.

Fusion Soft Lights in Radiance - rosy mauve overall. Satin champagne, shimmery dusty rose, matte bronzed rose, shimmery golden peach, satin rosy mauve. Surface texture has an embossed quilted pattern. Soft texture, so I have to be cautious not to overload my brush. Strikingly similar to Fusion Soft Lights in Matrix, except the lightest shade in Matrix is a shade lighter than its counterpart in Radiance.

Packaging - Products come in a black stiff mesh bag, divided into two sides, zippered on the front in white, marked "a.m." and on the back in black, marked "p.m." I'm not a huge fan of the bag, but for this price who cares? :) $29 for the whole set.

Overall - Love the Fusion Soft Lights and the eye palette. continued >>
