This eyeliner is horrible. It smells horrendous and has no color. I bought black and it looks like sheer grey. Even if I attempt to darken it, it's still way too sheer. It's was very cheap but was definitely a waste of money.

It lacks pigment. I bought black, but it looks gray. It is very easy to apply, but smells like a sharpie and is not dark at all.
Dirt cheap and easy to apply, but lacks in the pigment department..severely... Would not repurchase.
Mine is in black though.
not so HD! I only like this bc its fun to play with and I know that ill eventually use the tip of this to apply my gel liner once the product runs out. this stuff is watery, streaky, patchy, and even if you go over it a bunch of times it wont get opaque. it smudges. its better to spend on the nyc liquid liner with a brush tip. don't leave this upside down for a long period or else the ink will spill out everywhere into the cap leaving you a huge mess. I make sure to leave this in my purse if I want to put a nice sheer black line on my lids for a verry subtle look but other than that, its not that great of a product.
It's not bad for the price! I've worn it for 8 hours straight a few times without re-application and haven't noticed smudging or fading (note: have not had the chance to test it in warm weather). The marker tip allows you to make both thick and thin lines. The color is a bit sheer and you need to apply more than one layer to achieve an "extra black" line.

DO NOT BUY THIS EYELINER. IT IS NOT PIGMENTED AT ALL AND VERY WATERY. I was on the hunt for a good felt tip eyeliner and this got pretty good reviews so I decided to try it. I usually like NYC products however this one is horrible. When I got home and tested this on my hand the color was a horrible grey/green color. I thought I would just because it was new so I tried to use it more. It still stayed the nasty grey color. When I tried to wash this off my hand it left a green stain on my hand! I really wished I could return it now because I just wasted my money. NEVER GOING TO BUY THIS AGAIN.

This is the BEST liquid liner I have found to date. I have tried the high end ones and I cannot justify paying that much for a cosmetic item I run through so quickly. The Loreal Lineur intense was garbage to me. The tip never stayed precise and the formula was very thin. All the other drugstore ones just do not compare to this one.
The NYC liner's tip is the perfect width and comes to a beautiful point. Precise enough I can get right into the lash light with no gaps. The NYX one was waaaaayyy too thin to make a nice cat eye. NYC's is insanely pigmented and the formula is thick enough it doesn't look like I took a Sharpie to my eye.
Try it! For the price its at least giving a shot!

I was so disappointed in this, the only good thing I can say about this is that it is extremely precise but other than that I can't recommend it in any way. The pigmentation was horrible and I couldn't get it to stay on my lid without a primer . All in all I returned an will never buy again
This stuff is average, I've given it three lippies because of the price. It's a pain to apply though, especially if you've used an eyeliner that delivered fluid, dark color. This one does the opposite. I have to use the side of the pen to apply it because using the tip wouldn't give much color. Application takes a lot of going over, because the color sucks! It hardly goes on and when it does it's more like a black watercolor that fades to grey.
This is fine for beginners, like for young girls who are just starting out. Reason why I say this is because it's easy to wipe off with your fingers, meaning you can fix any cat eye that you feel is uneven. For me, that means that I can use this pen to first draw on the shape of the cat eye I want, and then go over it with a darker (better) liquid liner.
