Definitely a pretty and neutral glitter. Tons of fallout though, but shadows with micro glitter in general have tons of fallout, even some expensive eyeshadows, so I'm not going to blame ELF for that.
If you tap your brush to get rid of the excess and use a sticky base like a primer or cream eyeshadow, it should minimize fallout.
I like to wear this during the daytime. It's not so shimmery that your eyes look like disco balls in the sunlight but it adds a subtle sparkly effect and it's a neutral colour so it's not too bold. The price is fantastic.
i got this as a gift for Christmas one year and at first i loved it. It was a great accent on top of a matte eyeshadow and a good highlight color to add a little sparkle and flare to your makeup. But i found after a while there was a TON of fallout and it smudged a lot and i ended up getting glitter over my whole entire face half the time, i heard there's a special brush you can buy to use with this palette, but i wouldn't bother.
Not really a fan of these. They are dry and have a ton of fallout. I have seen that ELF offers a glitter eyeshadow brush and am considering purchasing to see if it helps, but so far, I am not impressed.
