This is my all time HG liquid eyeliner. I've repurchased this several times and have gotten friends and family hooked on it as well. It is a nice rich black liquid eyeliner which lasts all day, and is a breeze to apply. I used to have trouble applying liquid e/l, but Milani's changed that. I can apply a nice even line in under a minute for each eye. The best thing is that I can finally achieve that sexy cat eye look with this liner. I do not use it everyday now, about 3x a week, but my first tube lasted me about 3 months with almost daily use. Walk, no Run!! to get this e/l.

I feel awful for having given the milani ultra fine liner a poor review because I felt the marker tip dragged across my eye unevenly. THIS was everything I had hoped the ultra fine would be. A long but fine tipped and flexible marker. This was instantly a holy grail. Makes attaining a cat eye effortless, and the formula is hands down my favorite of anything I've tried. A true intense black that doesn't fade, smear or smudge. I've really found this to be a mistake proof product. My only concern thus far has been that the cap doesn't snap shut.. I need that satisfying snap sound, because I fear the
Cap will fall off in my bag and create a huge mess. So far it's been secure though. LOVE this, beats out Lancôme any day!

I have been on the hunt for a new liquid liner! i have oily partially hooded lids and everything smudges! but this one, i was very impressed! it stayed put and was super easy to use!
only thing was when i went to take it off it smudged all over my face! but i guess thats just the price i have to pay to have a GREAT liquid liner!

Wow, really impressed by the easy application, long wear, and great colour of this liner. The felt tip is super easy to use, and the rubberized shaped grip is a nice touch.

I have absolutely no problem with feathering or smudging with this and the tip makes drawing a fine wing a (comparative) breeze compared with liquid and a brush or with other less flexible tips - yes, I'm looking at you Revlon Colour Stay liquid liner!

Unfortunately I used this for tightlining a couple of times so the tip has a little fuzziness at the end. I store the pen lying flat, and give it a couple of hard flicks to start the ink running - voice of experience - do this with the cap ON or you'll end up with tiny black flecks over a surprising wide area.

Getting hold of this in New Zealand is painful, but I've found a few stockists in Australia with reasonable shipping. I'll be re-buying this - and a few backups too

I am in love with this eyeliner!! I purchased my first one in June 2012, and had to repurchase because I lost it on a trip. I actually purchased my first one on a whim while at a CVS and I am sooo happy that I did. I'm Asian, and I have been wearing liquid liner into a cat eye or "wing" since I was 14yo. While, when it comes to face products such as blush, foundation, eye shadows, bronzers, etc. - I usually don't skip on the more expensive, high quality make-up BUT pharmacy brand eyeliners and mascaras usually does the job for me.

About the product - It DOES NOT move. Soon after purchasing it, I went on a trip to Vegas. I wore it to a Vegas pool party, and I swear the eyeliner barely moved. I'm going to try not to exaggerate and say that it was as bold when I left the pool compared to when I first applied it, but it was by far the best experience with eyeliner + water ever.

I think the packaging is very good. I don't think the felt-ish tip was too long at all. I like the look. It's all back and simple. When I have it thrown in my make-up bag, it doesn't gather all the residue from other make-up products on its body.

I am a little confused with the reviews about the smudging and "lack of wear." BUT in my humble opinion, I think this is great. AND I often recommend this eyeliner to my friends and family. OH and one more thing, I received compliments on my eyeliner from M.A.C. artists, and my brother's gf who is a M.A.C. artist.

The overall look and feel of this eyeliner pen is impressive for something that only cost me $4 at target. However, the applicator tip was more difficult to use than that of Stila's Stay All Day and Physician's Formula's Eye Booster (silver packaging). I feel like Milani should have made the tip either shorter or less flexible. Don't get me wrong, it's not über difficult to apply or anything, but it stood out to me as something that could use a little improvement. The main reason I rated this product 3 lippies is the formula. It smudges underneath my eyes. I use liquid eyeliner because I have oily lids and liquid eyeliner seems to be the only type of eyeliner that doesn't smudge underneath my eyes. So whenever I do encounter a liquid eyeliner that smudges, I'm not very forgiving. On a side note, I completely disagree with the reviewer who wrote that this product is an exact dupe of Stila's Stay All Day eyeliner. In my opinion, Stila's eyeliner is a far superior product.

I am impressed with Milani's cheap yet long lasting makeup but this is not it. The packaging is decent and can withstand usual makeup kit dramas but I found its quality lacking. My eyelids are oily and it smudges after 30 minutes of application. It is worse on the waterline, so you cannot also use it for tight lines as well. It also says it's water proof but after a quick run through the rain, I had panda eyes. However, I am impressed by it's precision as I could create perfect dramatic cat eyes.

I purchased this eye liner because it's ohhaiclaire's (from youtube) favorite eyeliner and she does an amazing job using this product. However, after using it for a handful of times I have to say I hate it and it's now sitting in the back of my makeup drawer. :(

Pros:

- The applicator of the pen is a felt tip as opposed to the brush tip which offers a lot more flexibility for you to create the outer flick then using the length of the tip to draw the line connecting to the inner part of the eye. Does that even make sense? Basically the tip makes it easier to use than a regular brush tip.

- Awesome formula! It's completely matte!! I own the K-Palette liquid pen as well and when I compared it to the Milani one, I noticed that it's quite shiny. Totally prefer this one.

- Highly pigmented, but I'm not sure how long is the eyeliner to last you since I only used it ~5 times. Who knows, it might start to dry out after 2-3 weeks.

- Affordable. I purchased mine for $7-8 at CVS, but I recommend you to try to find it at Target because I heard it's only $4 there.

Cons:

- Longevity sucks butt.... I have oily lids so I always have to wear UDPP before applying eyeliner and eyeshadow. However, even with a primer, this thing smudged onto my crease like crazy. I have to constantly rub my crease with my finger to remove the eyeliner that smudged because I don't want to walk around like a fool and have someone tell me "Ummm.. I.. uhh.. think your eyeliner smudged". That would be embarrassing. I highly DO NOT recommend this if you have oily lids with hooded eyelids (basically double eyelids, but when you open your eyes your lid (space) is not very visible). I think this would work with people with monolids, though.

- I find it weird how there wasn't a ball in the pen to shakeup the product

Verdict: Try it at your own risk LOL. Don't say I didn't warn ya. But if you're looking for a budge-proof eyeliner pen definitely get the K-palette Real Lasting Eyeliner 24h WP. The bad thing is that it's not matte. And if you're wondering what's my HG liner for my oily lids, it's the Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner!!!

at first i was very pleased with this product, it was very easy to use because of the pointy tip and made doing a winged eyeliner easy! it was also very black. but, after a couple of uses, the very tip of the pen started to dry out (maybe eyeshadow and stuff built up on the very tip n made it like that). now the tip doesnt even get any product on it. i would not repurchase this! the physicians formula eye booster is a much better pen eyeliner!!

I love this eyeliner! I'd never used liquid eyeliner before this because I was scared my hands weren't steady enough to apply it. But I applied this for the first time - in a moving vehicle - and it went on perfectly with no mistakes! It's easy to make a winged eyeliner look too.
