I discovered the product in France and I am so glad I did! Every winter I battle Eczema on my face, arms and other various places on my body. This cream has cleared it all up and I have not had a problem this year. Seriously, it's the best investment for sensitive skin!

Dexeryl is topical emollient and moisturising cream you can use on both body and face and is created by Pierre Fabre Dermatologie (the same company that make Avene and A-Derma. This stuff is fantastic if you have eczema, I use it as a barrier cream and it really helps my facial skin heal and become less flaky. I also use it on my hands and arms which get really red, dry and cracked too. It practically fixes you up overnight!! This is much better for you than using steroid creams constantly as well which is a huge bonus. If you have eczema I highly recommend that you try this cream! Another bonus is that it's cheap as chips, it cost me around 5 pounds for 250g from echemist.co.uk (free shipping as well). Another cream I would recommend if you have eczema is Exomega by A-Derma, also very cheap and available from echemist.
