I gave it a 2 b/c the flavor was good, but...I bought this as we've been searching for a toothpaste our daughter would like w/o fluoride & SLS. She really liked the flavor and it cleaned well, but it dried out her lips, and she got a little rash around some of her mouth. When we stopped the toothpaste it went away. We tried it again recently, but it happened again. I think she's reacting to the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate in it. Wished it would've worked b/c she really liked the flavor. If your child isn't sensitive to that ingredient you should be ok.
