I love this one. The overall melange of sweetness reminds me of a child's birthday cake. mmm!

I tested this on my skin this morning and I must say that I love it. I'm a woman and on me it didn't open with the burnt rubber or tar notes everybody is talking about. It opens strong, very strong, but not unpleasant or sharp. It's very sweet, with caramel and coffee. I tried it on paper as well and there the coffee note was much, much stronger.
On my skin the sweetness was slightly musty. It might sound very unpleasant, but it wasn't. It was warm, sweet and heavy, but very gentle.
When wearing this it seemed like my skin itself had turned masculin. I do not know how to describe it, but it smelled like a man who was wearing a unisex perfume.
A*men is a very cuddly fragrance. I really hope my boyfriend will love this as much as I do! Then I won't be able to stop cuddling him all night long.
And if he doesn't, well, I could wear this as well :)

Now to the bottle. I like the design, I really can feel the superhero idea behind this, but appearantly you also need to have some kind of superpower in your fingers to spray this thing. You really, really have to hit that spraybutton hard! :p

This one grew on me. I used to think it was harsh, bitter, loud, and obnoxious. I still think it's obnoxious and bitter, at least upon first spraying. But the drydown...oh, sweet Jeebus. Caramel, coffee, dark chocolate, patchouli, and leather. Absolutely luscious. Completely unisex, btw - if you find the women's Angel too sweet or cloying, give the men's one a try. It's darker, more "roasted", and less heady but still rich and sweet. Not for all tastes, but I think it's fabulous.

I tried this in Boots today in the hope of getting my hubs a new aftershave. I sprayed it on a scent swab thing, and carried it with me while the fragranced calmed down. It, seriously, made me feel really nauseous :-S very heady, cloying, sweet, but spicy, bleugh. Not for me, OR my husband thanks!

I was obsessed with this! Obsessed I tells ya! I felt weird buying a mens perfume but this fragrance was so exotic & amazing. I can smell spices, hints of vanilla. Very yummy! continued >>

Wow! I love this scent. I'm not a man though. I don't get most of the notes listed here though. What I smell in A*Men is bright myrrh and frankincense . I was surprised not to see that listed.

Then it rounds out a bit, with some smoother oriental notes, but full of mint and bergamot. Just a tiny bit of coffee here. Then to a rich (albeit synthetic) vanilla, still minty and now with the bright resin notes in the background.

I have to be honest here, I freaking love it.

I love the angel (liquer) for women and so does my SO (on me). So I was hoping to get this cologne for him. Sadly, this doesn't work. Angel for men smells like burnt hot chocolate powder. Way too sweet and too foody. This has to be one of the most nauseating fragrances I have ever tried. Made me sick to my stomach. Vile stuff.

I bought this for my husband because we are HUGE fans of Angel for women. We love this scent. At first, it is very woody and strong, but after about 30 minutes it warms up to the sweetest/spicy sexy scent that I can't resist! I just wanna keep my nose stuffed in my husbands neck all day! Of course Angel is not for every one, but definitely worth trying! It is like sex in a bottle.

I was surprised that I liked this as I detest Angel for women (the coumarine and patchouli are too strong). This is warm, sweet and woody. A bit woodier than I normally like (my favorite cologne is Bulgari Pour Homme) but the scent is still wonderful. The chocolate and caramel notes are so soft and indulgent.
