Finally a nice baby pink shade that nicely compliments my NC35-40 skin tone. This is my 1st experience with cream blush. Powder blushes were forever coming up patchy/blotchy if not disappearing altogether and it was so frustrating. I use this cream blush after foundation with a stippling brush in forward motion strokes from the side of my face hairline to mid-cheek. I really like the Pink Plum color. I can't detect any shimmer which is good because I effing hate shimmer. And the spongey consistency fascinates me in a mad scientist kind of way..."IT'S ALIVE!!" Good coverage...not too pigmented, but I imagine it's easily buildable. Price point can't be beat. I feel pretty wearing this blush : )
Thank you MUA!!

This blush looks very natural, it does not highlight my pores, and it lasts for the whole day. I quite like it, since some of my cream blush and my pores don't get too well together. This has a more matte and powdery finishing than creamy blushes. The price is quite good as well.

See my review for the Dream Bouncy Blush (all colors) for my general view on these. I want to specifically describe the color for this particular review. Pink Frosting is a medium cool shade.

I've heard a lot of complaints about this but i like it. I have other blushes I use more and this is a back up. This is the only color I like. The texture is SO STRANGE, at first there's no color so I was like wow what crap. So then I started playing with it...and after you smash it up a little the color is very pigmented. It goes on nice and smooth afterwards and has a light pinky flush that is pretty matte compared to others. Lasts all day. I don't see this ever running out and due to consistency doesn't get overly messy but isn't very antibacterial. I don't usually find pretty colors like this so that's why I bought it.

EDIT March 2013 - Still like this blush -- tried other brands and still my favorite. Once you get over the weird texture and odd application techniques its a wonderful product. I use a blush brush now and it applies fluidly.

The consistency/texture is fun. It's also a little weird and I keep wanting to play with it.

This color is nice, but I feel it took me three or four applications to get color to show up on my fingers when I first started using it. Its like the blush has an unseen film over the top that you needed to get rid before you'd see any color, now it goes on more pigmented with the first application.

It works best to apply it with your fingers and blend. I tried with a brush and it doesn't work or pick up enough color. There is some simmer to it, but its still nice enough to wear during the day or to work. It's a soft pink shade, and very build-able.

If at first you don't see results, just keep playing with it. You'll find your natural groove when applying it. Don't be nervous, just get your finger in it and smash it down (helps with picking up pigment). The blush doesn't go anywhere due to the weird consistency.

Love this product i feel it works well with my skin tone(tan) its a nice light pink shimmer and i love it. very good for an every day look. The product packaging isnt very good but the overall product inside is different because of the texture but in a good way and very smooth lasts all day with a good face primer..

pink plum is a soft pink that got some shimmers.i bought pink plum to complete plum wine,to create an highlight blush over a darker color. Alone i might wear it for a subtle pink glow, but,i will wear it mostly over plum wine.they do complement well each other!the texture is soft and bouncy,i apply it with my fingers,it last well on the skin.love it!
