This is a very lightweight lotion. I like that it is fragrance free, but it did nothing to help my son's eczema. I've been using it up on my legs, but for a lightweight-yet-moisturizing body lotion, I prefer Earth Science Multi-Therapy Hand, Body & Massage Lotion, which is also cheaper.
