The shade is mauve light; unfortunately, it's a muddy orange-brown on my skin. The texture is satiny and it's well pigmented, but it's a cream-to-powder formula, and I prefer cream blush that leaves a bit of dewiness. It dries fairly quickly, but not so fast that it's impossible to blend. The staying power is great--it looked the same after a full day of work plus a workout as it did when I applied it, which is impressive. The packaging is bulky, ugly Estee Lauder, but the amount of product is fair for the $26 price tag. This isn't a bad product; it's just not good for me. I will be returning it.
