NC30ish with yellow undertones. This was my firt MAC lipstick and I can confidently say it is one of my favourites. It's described on the MAC website as "pink coco", not a great description but i find it to be a medium pink with hints of brown. Normally I'd never go for a brown lipstick because it just seems so agely and old however this lipstick caught my attention because when swatched, it is a lovely warm neutral pink. On my lips, it's a beautiful MLBB shade and due to its amplified creme formula, it can be built up into a strong medium pink colour. I really like this shade and of course MAC lipsticks are wonderful and this is no exception. Stunning natural colour, will definitely repurchase. (NOTE: many people compare this shade to Twig but i prefer this one because it has more pink tones than brown).

I use it everyday. It's like the color of my lips, only it made my lips look better

I bought this after seeing Tanya Burr feature it in her gorgeous "first date makeup" look. On me, Cosmo is a deep rosy color that leans slightly too brown for my liking. What I do love about Cosmo is the formula - it goes on super creamy and doesn't settle into my lip lines at all.

Another great lipstick from MAC! It reminds me of my very first lipstick 10 years ago. It was just a drugstore cheapie but the color was so lovely!
Cosmo is MLBB - and a tad darker- one. Neutral medium pink with brown undertones just enough so it doesn't look Barbie- like. Goes well with everything and gives beautiful rich pigment, makes my face look so alive! Very sophisticated and versatile shade.
Of course the Amplified texture is superb. Smooth, creamy, hydrating, applies evenly and leaves a pretty pinkish stain. Lasts long too!
What else can I say, this one stays in my bag all year round, love!

For me this is a my lips but better colour. I have very pigmented lips, so this makes my lips look even better. Very opaque and very long lasting; Doesn't dry out the lips, stays on my lips for about 5 hours, with drinking and eating. Very flattering on my fair skin. I really like this.

Cosmo is an interesting color for me because it is literally the lightest lipcolor I can wear before crossing into corpse lip territory. Nude lipstick is something I've been thinking about a lot lately. I'm taking bets that as time goes on, nude will be THE defining lips of this decade, like the dark berries of the '20's and bright reds of the 50's. It's amusing to me because I used to loooove pinky-beige colors years ago when sheer, sparkly lipgloss was all the rage (Sheer sparkly lipgloss will be THE defining lips of the '00's, I'm calling it now.) I loved the quiet sensuality and understated sexiness, and I still do...on other people. This is because I have had the realization that light nude lips look AWFUL on me. My skin is very light, my hair is very dark and my lips naturally look like I've been sipping red wine all day (I kind of act like it too. That's another story.) So I was kind of bummed out for a bit because not only did I geniunely like the look, it's gotten super popular and amazing shades of pale flesh are being churned out across all spectrums of brands. Sigh.

Enter Cosmo. It just pushes the edge for me (Yes, beige is my edge \m/ ) It has quite a lot of pink in it and fair bit of brown too, so it works, but only barely. It's a lighter, softer sister of Creme In Your Coffee, which is my bff, so we can still hang out. I do need more eye make-up with it, so it's usually my go-to when I'm doing a more smoked out eye. It's still pretty far away from a true nude though, for most it might be a MLBB. If that's you and it's too dark for your intended purpose, try Modesty, which is in the same family but lighter, thus making it officially out of my flattering lip color range, unless I'm doing some serious black cat-eyes that would put Siouxsie Sioux to shame. Oh, and its an Amplified cream, which is as opaque as you can get without going full blown Matte, so whichever shade you get, it will be thick and rich and undeniable, so make sure its a color you love and works for you, which Cosmo has somehow managed to pull off for me. :) continued >>

Just purchased this lipstick because Twig and Fastplay looked a bit darker for my daily look. I love love this lipstick. I love the color, it enhances my natural lip color but a bit more vibrant, makes me look more attractive honestly. It enhances my whole look instantly. I love the texture, it doesn't dry my lips, staying power is great seriously, the vanilla scent is a plus. This lipstick is comfortable to wear, great staying power and coverage, suitable for enhancing your daily look, doesn't dry your lips. Its important because most lipsticks leave my lips chapped at the end of the day. Totally recommend this (or other MAC lipsticks)

I'm a NC20& it looks great on- it's my favourite lipstick. It leaves your lips moisturised, but isn't shiny/glossy. The colour is amazing& lasts really long. Looks pretty with Whirl lip pencil continued >>

This is an amplified color from Mac which is a great medium pink color for my nc40 indian skin. I love the texture which is semi matte with a nice sheen and is also moisturizing on the lips. Staying power is good and is still noticeable after 4 hours. I have pigmented lips and find it difficult to find a pink that gives me good even coverage and looks natural too without being sickly. My favorite pink shade and will buy this again as its easy to wear during the day or night.. Lovely!

Great color on me. It's like my natural lip color but more vibrant. I exchanged this over Viva Glam V. VGV was too frosty, shimmery. Cosmo is a matte color that looks polished and healthy. It covers the uneveness of my lips and makes it a uniform color. I like this color alot!
