This is a super fun top coat! I really like it! It has multi-colored small flecks and random chunks of silver glitter. It is fun over any shade of polish. I couldn't stop looking at my sparktacular nails! I liked layering it over other polishes for a fun look but, if you use like 3 coats you can make it opaque and a glitter bomb on your finer nails.
