I am very pleased with this product! I have oily, breakout-prone and sensitive skin... and I'm happy to say that this has not irritated my face as of yet. Sorry to say, though, that it will not clear acne on its own. It is a great cleanser, though!
I paid an average price for my tube, and was kind of upset that the packaging did not have a tamper-evident seal. I like to be the first one into my products, but this is fairly typical of most washes. (shampoos, for example, are the same way)
I was upset that one of the ingredients was alcohol. This is often too drying for my skin, and normally breaks me out. However, I am again happy to say that this has not bothered my face at all. That said, DO use moisturizer with this. Your skin will thank you.

I like this cleanser! I have combo skin that is prone to hormonal breakouts usually on my cheeks, which will leave me with hyperpigmentation marks. Face wash formulas with salicyic acid and benzoil peroxide are too harsh on my skin and usually cause more problems as my cheeks get drier and drier. I got this half price at Duane Reade, so it was only about six bucks. I also got the balancing wash which I haven't used yet for the same price. This cleanser doesn't dry me out and leaves my skin glowing. I think it's been helping my blemishes because normally I would get cystic acne, at least one spot, and I haven't had any! Just one or two normal little pimples every now and then, that dry out in a day. The hyperpigmentation isn't as dark either and seems to be smoother and easier to cover. The tube is fine, I use a dime-size amount so for a small tube there's actually a lot of cleanser in it. It doesn't lather well like some reviewers said but that's okay with me. It takes my makeup off pretty well, I just need to use a remover pad for my eyeliner but I use long-lasting formulas for that so I'm not surprised. The smell is like cocoa butter as one other reviewer mention which is pleasant enough, and it doesn't burn my eyes if it accidentally gets in when I rinse. The price is 12 bucks when it's not on sale but I'd buy again, either this cleanser or another from the line because there's a good amount of product since you need so little. All in all it's a pretty nice formula and I'm glad I tried it.

Here's another one of those products that seems to do fine for my skin overall, but it has a couple of negatives that manage to keep it from being a great cleanser for me.
It is a pretty slippery gel that does not lather a great deal, but actually cleans my skin very well. There are days where this is drying and can leave skin feeling tight. Immediately after I wash, skin feels great and smooth though, the drying feeling sets in a bit later, which is strange. It gets off foundation, eyeshadow, and blush in one washing. I don't know how effective it would be on waterproof makeup. And as an acne product, it does seem to make a difference in clearing up minor blemishes and irritations.
The major caveat for me: The smell. Good grief, I just can't handle it. Very much like the companion moisturizer, it has an incredibly sweet, cocoa butter-like scent that is even more potent, if that can be possible. If you're looking for a fresh tomato smell, this does not even come close, and I find the scent/marketing of this line pretty deceiving in that regard. I wish this would be scented differently, or not at all. I'd buy it again if that were the case, but as it is, I'll pass on purchasing it again.

First off, let me state that I am very surprised by the amount of reviews for this product. Honestly, I expected that this product would have tons of reviews. So now back to the review. I've had oily and acne prone skin since I was 8 years old, and now I'm 16. Being a teenage guy whose dealing with acne isn't the greatest because before this product, it seemed like no product out there could actually fix my face. Currently, I have been going to facials to clean my pores, but this cleanser has done miracles on my face. I had oily skin in my T-zone in the middle of the day, but recently I haven't had it that bad. I'm not sure if it's the natural ingredients in this bottle, but it totally works. I do suggest reading the ingredients in case you are allergic to anything within the cleanser. I use a version of Clarisonic with this cleanser, for a couple of minutes every night and it has been able to remove the remnants of dead skin that was formed after my facials. My skin is still slightly oily, but far less than it was a month ago (before the time I had started using the cleanser). I say Yes to Tomatoes, I know, cheesy, but to be honest I have not found a product as good as this in a long time.

I love this product! It smells great and feels great! It is kind of a clear gel and it feels so silky smooth. It doesn't lather so it feels like rubbing moisturizer on your face. I normally have both oily and dry skin all at once. This product seems to be evening it out. My face is clearing and my skin is just glowing! I will definitely buy this again!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! I use this at night and the Cucumbers in the morning! It smells so good and even though it doesn't foam well it cleanse and dries out those pimples but leaves enough moisture in my skin. I just wash my face with some soap then follow up with the cleanser and leave it on for a couple minute then wash it off. It controls the oil in my t-zone and it helps dry those pesky zits! This is a must have!

Made my acne worst. I used this cleanser for a month and it made me break out along the jaw line, cheeks, and forehead. Really disappointed! Do not buy if you have acne prone skin.

Dear lord what is in this stuff? The brand presents itself as paraben free, natural, organic, gentle, etc. The ingredient list looks wonderful. It smells heavenly! But after I used it, my skin looked like I had stripped every last bit of moisture from it and left it like fragile tissue paper! And I have VERY oily, acne prone skin (albeit mature and starting to wrinkle). I tried using it several times, thinking, but the ingredients are so natural! Each time, the effect got worse and my skin got drier and redder. I felt I might as well have used paint stripper. I couldn't use this more than 3 times in a row. I bought this in a trial / gift pack, along with some moisturizer and a clay-based mask. I tried the clay mask, and my face burned so bad I couldn't finish applying it and had to wash off. Something in this line is just very irritating to my oily but sensitive skin. This just goes to show that all natural does not always equal non-irritating. Maybe I am just allergic to something in it.
