This is a matte white shadow that looks very chalky when first applied, but both the chalkiness and pigment soon fade, even though I always apply it over Lorac Behind the Scenes shadow primer, which is fully effective under other shadows. Overall, I'm not impressed with this shadow. It either looks chalky or has disappeared, making it rather useless.
