Natura Bisse says:
GLYCO-FACE is an exfoliating moisturizer formulated for normal to dry skin, containing Glycolic Acid and other AHA's.
Due to their exfoliating action, Glycolic Acid and other AHA's eliminate dead skin cell build up to replenish moisture and smooth fine lines.
Antioxidant vitamins A+C+E and Lady's Thistle Extract neutralize free-radicals, preventing visible signs of premature skin aging.
Aloe Vera has been added to hydrate and soothe.
My experience:
Let me start by saying that I had excellent skin (porcelain, pore-free, translucent) but when I hit 20 my hormones went crazy and my entire face became like one huge pimple. At the time I had no idea about skincare so I started putting things (like scrubs with big exfoliating particles) on my skin that actually made things worse. After struggling with acne for about 6 years (and believe me 6 years of acne leave a lot of scarring) I started using products that made sense. First, I started with Skinceutical's retinol 0.5 but I could not use it for along time because it dried out my skin very much, then I found (thank God) a youtube channel where a doctor said he preferred daily mild exfoliation with glycolic acid as a great way both to prevent acne and fight aging. So I decided to find an accessible glycolic product (which is not easy in Russia because many brands are not available here). This particular cream contains 15% glycolic acid and other AHAs. It's geared toward normal to dry skins and it had a tremendously positive effect on my skin. I use it every night (alone in the summer and under a moisturizer during winter). You're supposed to use it very sparingly; one jar actually lasted me one year (with daily use). It is amazing. Once a week I use a peel with higher concentration of AHAs, and my skin loves it. I even began to walk outside without heavy foundations on. The cream lightened my post-acne marks. It is not a miracle, it did not rid of my breakout completely, I still would have a zit or two during that time of the month but overall it is God-sent for me. I tried to find other alternatives but everytime I do my face freaks out so I don't think I will try anything else because I'm afraid to aggrevate my skin issues again.
I've tried a lot of products from Natura Bisse including the most expensive ones but I found that products that work for me are Diamond Extreme (for face, not the eye cream which I will not repurchase any more), the Glyco Extreme Peel (which I'm currently trying to find a cheaper dupe for because that insanely expensive bottle lasted me only 3.5 months with weekly use), cream cleansers for sensitive skin and this Glyco Face. I am 100% sure that I will continue purchasing this particular product (not sure about other three though, maybe except for the cleanser). That concludes my super-long review
