Putty is really nice on me! I actually like the matte eyeshadows as they generally give me a fair bit of colour and are easy to blend. I like to use putty as a subtle lashes-to-crease colour for a neutral and natural look, or a base for a more dramatic but still 'neutrals and greys' look. I agree with the first reviewer that it is a bit warm, but find it very flattering for my blue eyes and relatively fair (cool 3) skin. Putty is a great flattering tone, and is a good base for building and blending.
I reserve a point because I have to still decide on my Alima faves, and might update after that.

This is a matte, medium shadow that is described as being "grey-taupe" on the Alima web site, but it actually looks more like a warm taupe with a hint of purple and very little gray, making it too warm for pale, cool-toned skin. It is also rather unpigmented and doesn't apply smoothly. Then it fades quickly, even though I apply it over Lorac Behind the Scenes shadow primer. Overall, I'm not impressed.
