So, Decleor is a salon exclusive product and I managed to get my hands on one through Strawberrynet. better yet at 40% off :)
Packaging is very minimalistic, a plastic squeeze bottle with screw-off cap. The entire hydra floral range is pretty self-explanatory; for hydration using essential oils (hence the name Floral). I particularly like this eye-creme because unlike conventional eye creams, it comes with a very subtle scent which I believe is derived from essential oil.
It comes in a gel-creme like texture and effectively hydrates the eye area without making it overly greasy, nor does it cause milia (oil seed) around the eye area. Apply it under make-up, and it doesn't cause your eye area overly oily, and effectively hydrates when used at night time.The best thing I noticed is that my eye area is actually brightened (mind you; that's without any concealer on!). But i can't testify if this effect is entirely contributed by the product itself or my personal lifestyle/diet etc etc.
It was probably one of the greatest skincare finds in Strawberrynet....if I'm not mistaken, it retails ~MYR120 at regular price, so it is pretty pricey. Might try other products within the Hydra Floral range.
