I LOVE this product. I use it three times a week in the mornings, on Mon, Wed, and Fri. I have dealt with a horrible milia problem all over my face for the last few years. This, in conjunction with Olay Regenerist products has been the only thing that has helped me get rid of them! This product was like an answer to prayer.
This kit ran me about $20 at Wal Mart but it comes with a 2 month supply of pads. You can buy replacement pads at Walmart for around $13 and it is a 2 month supply. Overall, very affordable when compared with professional micro dermabrasion treatments. It takes about 11 of these Neutrogena treatments to equal 2 professional treatments, but I can use this product regularly without the risk of tearing/hurting my skin.
I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to exfoliate when scrubs just don't cut it. This product is gentle and the vibrations feel great to me.
I have had softer, more luminous skin. My skin SHINES after using this. Make sure to follow the treatment with a good moisturizer!

I've been using this microdermabrasion (hence-forth referred to as "mda") system for about a month now. I use it 3 times per week, never 2 days in a row because I don't want to make my skin sensitive and/or red and over exfoliated. I really like it, but only as a deep cleansing/exfoliation device. I've never had a professional or at-home mda treatment, so I can't compare this product to any other type of mda system. However, I can say that I have not seen a "reduction in fine lines and pore size" as this product claims it will do, but then again, I have very few lines and average size pores for someone with oily skin, so this lack-of-results does not bother me too badly. Another reason I'm not totally dissatisfied is that this system is very inexpensive, especially when you use the manufacturer's or store coupon for a few bucks off. So I guess for the price, it works pretty well. The device vibrates very powefully, especially with fresh batteries, so it gets my face really clean; as for making my skin softer, I haven't really noticed a difference. I said that "yes I would buy this product again", but I'm actually referring to the refills, I will definitely keep buying them; the device itself should last you a very very long time if you take proper care of it.
I've also used the refill puffs with my Neutrogena Wave Sonic a few times while traveling (didn't want to pack the mda device because it's a bit bulky) and this works well too.
I gave this 4 lipsticks because it is a great inexpensive deep exfoliating system without being too harsh on your skin (when used properly). And perhaps those people with larger pores and more noticable lines will experience better results than I did. If you're looking for a mda system on a budget, I would highly suggest this.

I like this!! I can definitely tell a difference immediately after I use it! There are no real instructions that come with it, so I did some on-line research to get the "low-down" on how to use it. I used it everynight for 5 nights spending 1-2 minutes per facial section (each cheek, chin & nose, forehead, and neck). Rest for 3 days, and go to 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.) I still haven't figured out the eye area, and am still waiting to SEE the results UNDERNEATH make-up. My skin does, however, feel somewhat tighter though-I like to think that is because of the vibrating action as opposed to the spinning action. I am also waiting to see if my pores will shrink some. So far, I have used it for the initial 5 days, and on day 1 of the three times a week regime. I use it at night, and avoid alpha-hydroxy and retinoids. I use a vitamin E cream, this is on the advice on a friend who spent thousands on professional microdermabrasion treatments arranged by her modeling agency. So far, I love, love, love this! It feels great on my face and actually kind of massages my face when I use it. If you aren't used to it, it will most likely kind of hurt for the first couple of times, but it gets better by like the 3rd time. At the end of a rough day, I really look foward to using it! My face feel smoother, brighter, tighter, and the worry lines in my forehead are slowly vanishing! Definitely recommend it to my friends, for the price its AWESOME! continued >>

I bought this on a whim because it was on sale for $12.99 and came with an additional box of rejuvenating puffs. It is a battery operated applicator that you attach the coarse, soap-filled rejuvenating puffs onto and massage in small circles into the skin. The vibrating action of the applicator does not really do anything. I am used to real microdermabrasion and at-home microdermabrasion containing aluminum oxide crystals. This system does not even come close. Yes, it does exfoliate the skin but at about the same level washing your face with a facial scrub.

I have been wanting to try a microdermabrasion product for a long time (I'm 29) but didn't want to spend the big $ for a professional treatment. I happened upon this for $19.99 (reg price) and thought it was a great deal compared to other ones on the market. It's very simple to use. I had a little trouble getting the battery door off to start (it's waterproof so it was tight, no biggie!) Starter pack comes with 12 discs that are preloaded with a little soap and a slightly sandy texture. The disc attaches to a separate piece using velcro, which then attaches to the battery handle. It has 2 speeds and it just kind of vibrates, it doesn't rotate. It is actually very relaxing and feels great. I noticed immediately how much softer my skin was. It wasn't harsh at all and I used it on high for about 1 minute per "area" of my face. I would recommend it as a good introductory product to replace a regular scrub. Recommends using 3 times a week, which is probably excessive. I've been using it 1-2 and that seems about right to me.

This is the replacement for the Healthy Skin Rejuvenator. Nothing has changed but the name. So glad they brought it back, it does wonders for my complexion!

I saw this in an add last week in an ad (10/8/11) and I'm like ehhh why not. Let's start of first, that I'm huge on exfoliation Olay beads or the pumice like harshness of St. Ives, also I tan which makes my skin tougher so nothing really hurts me persay. I looked up youtube reviews on this before I bought it, and all were pleasant.
Does it work? Yes. But this is probably definitively more for someone who doesn't exfoliate on a normal basis and not for someone with fair skin unless you use it very very gently, nor anyone on acne products because it dries you out. I'm pretty tan and this left me kinda looking like I have rug burn on my face for the first two uses.
I've used expensive kits with the pore sucker and the spin brush with pumice and gives pretty much the same effect; ouch face...but great results in a month time. Can't really move my face right now...
After two uses I do notice a difference on smile lines. However it makes me extra oily which is odd because it super dries out the skin at first (usually have dry skin). Also I've noticed I can see my pores now, which usually were not visible.
All and all it is a great product for 20 bucks. Same results you will get from the 70-120 dollar versions. Just be prepared that it might hurt a bit, but beauty is pain. :)
