I fell in love with this chartreuse color, but as I've said many times (and fail to listen to myself)...greens are tricky as nail colors and this is certainly no exception.
Application issues are the first gripe; it's almost a watery thinness that makes this difficult to apply evenly. It's like trying to get an even coat with a watercolor.
The other issue is that the matte effect + the color yields a very....odd appearance. Like a beast-nail! The only thing that saves this polish for me is applying a topcoat of a sheer creamy pinkish ivory (like SH Hard as Nails/Hard as Gels in sheer pinkish color). The effect then makes this polish more of a spring pea green and not so yellow but also not GREEN (i hate kelly green or similar).
This looks cute that way on toes - sort of a pistachio color. With the creamy sheer topcoat, it reminds me of a butter London color i saw recently....very pistachio.
The price is pricey. $8, but same as OPI and Essie.
Availability is rare; i think this was the 1 bottle at Beauty First.
I bought this after seeing the OPI Nicki Minaj collection bottle that is a similar color *in* the bottle, but upon application, the Nicki Minaj green is very sheer-yellow. This Mitzi color has way more pigment.

Okay, so this is one of Zoya's matte polishes. I got this one with the matte blue one that was released with this collection. I do like the color, and the bottle it came in. But, like the other reviewer said- it is a pain to apply evenly. I figure you have to work with it like a creme polish. But a really fast drying one- since matte polishes dry quickly.
All in all; I think Zoya polishes are quite expensive. But I like how the bottle itself has a matte finish, as well as the top. I know I wont buy this polish; or any Zoya matte polishes again, ONLY because they are hard to work with. They are beautiful colors. Just tricky.

Uhg. I am honestly not surprised I am the first to review this polish. First it's not the prettiest color but it is unique so I had to have it. I wish I would have passed. It's a matte yellow based green polish. It is a pain to apply. I actually gave up took it off my nails and applied a different color after an hour of trying to get this even. I swear it's impossible to get even.
