I've been using this sunscreen for nearly a year. I like it because it is very moisturizing, not greasy, and doesn't leave a white cast. I got it on sale at Whole Foods for like 7 bucks. I also use shiseido 55+ and have tried a variety of DS brands. The ones from Neutrogena and Avene always irritated my skin; I am very sensitive around my nose due to Retin A.
I would say I nearly always grab this sunscreen in the morning. I would choose the Shiseido if I wanted to wear primer that day, because I would want a more matte canvas. The Alba definitely has more creamy feel and I wouldn't really want to put primer over it.

So far best very moisturizing SPF 30, no white cast, I have found. It has a combination of mineral and non mineral and that works for me because with med skin tone I can't handle an all mineral whitish cast. This is as emolient as sunblocks like Eau Avene that are 15 times more expensive and touted on Skinstore.com, etc. as the most moisturizing SPF. I find it at whole foods. It is in the pink tube.

This is the perfect facial sunscreen for me. It is creamy but not greasy or shiny, and it protects very well. I haven't had any breakouts from it. I mix it with a dab of foundation to make a tinted sunscreen -- my face looks natural but good.
