I love this lotion. It makes my skin feel wonderful. I use it over my Retin A cream because it can be drying.
My only complaint is that it has an ingredient in it-now I forget which one it is-but the ingredient is only approved as safe for rinse off products so keeping this on all night is not a great idea. I wish they would obey the rules. They know that by the time the FDA finds out they are using something that is not considered safe in a leave on product that they will be on to the next new generation of products so the FDA won't be able to do anything about it.
This product is absolutely amazing! When I was in my teens, I had no issues with my complexion, other than the occasional breakout. When I entered my 20's I experienced a lot of changes that affected my skin. Between being on birth control and having a SO with facial hair, my skin became acne-prone and I had persistent rash-like patches around my mouth area. That may be a bit TMI, but I want to make it clear the wonders this product can do for extremely and chronically irritated skin that feature redness, dryness, and bumps that are difficult to cover up with makeup.
When I first started using the Mary Kay Timewise Night Restore/Recover Complex, I would do so irregularly, putting it on before bed when I remembered to. I was always shocked to see how soft and smooth my skin was by morning time. I also noticed that some of the redness and bumps had diminished a bit. I now use it on a regular basis and it has been a godsend for my skin. My redness, bumps, and dry flaky areas have almost completely gone away. I wake up with glowing, dewy, and healthy-looking skin. It is also nice that the product is in a sealed tube as this preserves the active ingredients from oxidizing or being exposed to light. Although expensive, the tube lasts quite awhile because a small amount goes a long way. I use about 2.5 pumps for my entire face.
Some things to take into consideration, however. If you have sensitive skin, it may take some time for your face to acclimate to this product, especially in the areas around the eyes. I have noticed that this made my eye area dry and red initially before going away. Also, if you have oily skin, like I do, you make wake up with a tiny blemish here or there. With regular and persistent use, these symptoms go away. I'm not sure if others have experienced this, but whenever adding new products into my skincare regimen, there is always a period of time where my skin has a reaction before adjusting to the product. This product is worth the wait if your skin is similar.
Disclosure: I am a Mary Kay consultant, I take pride in being honest about their products, but when I give a good review, it's true. This moisturizer is by far the best Mary Kay has. I tested the pH which shows it is slightly on the acid side, and skin lays at a pH of a 5, so this moisturizer is excellent! (other Mary Kay moisturizers are at a pH 7 like the Time Wise Moisturizers and if you put them on your skin right after using an acid Toner such as a 2% salicylic acid, you will neutralize your Toner which will make it ineffective and you won't clean your pores out properly. So PLEASE BE SURE TO WAIT 10 MINUTES after applying your Toner so it does what it is supposed to do, then you may apply your moisturizer. If you hate to wait 10 minutes, then either use a moisturizer with the 2% salicylic acid and skip the toner.) This Restore and Recover Complex has a great amount of vitamins and antioxidants in it as well. I would say since the pH of this is on the acid side, this would be a great final step before bed time after your salicylic acid toner (if you have very oily skin that is).
Love this! I use at night (obviously!) and my skin always looks so smooth when I wake up. Although it's not labelled as an anti-acne treatment, I find it does help to dry up blemishes. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it lasts a long time. Using two pumps every night, my bottle lasted about 4 months.
I have been using this since November. I really like it. I look more rested and refreshed. It has plumped up some wrinkles. I like the smell and it doesn't irritate. Also it does not cause breakouts. I apply before my Mary Kay moisterizer. I have slowly been switching over to Mary Kay products from Estee Lauder. I just ordered my 2nd bottle even though I still have plenty left from my first bottle but I don't want to run out.
This is the best. Results are seen within days of using the product. Smaller pores, finer lines, smoother skin. Awesome

I use this at night after washing before my moisturizer (Timewise Combo-Oily Moisturizer). In the morning, my face looks rested and glowy. Have only been using for about 2 weeks so don't know about long term benefits but wanted to post ingredients for anyone considering purchasing. :)
