I wish the Overall Rating went to 100 instead of 5. I love this lipstick more than any I have ever used in my life and trust me, that is a lot of lipstick. I think in the cosmetic world, there are few things that thrill me more than finding a perfect red lipstick. This would include ALL of the following things: 1. LONG LASTING WITHOUT FEATHERING. 2. A shimmery finish. 3. No waxy smell. 4. Easy to apply without the use of a brush. Not only did this lipstick meet all of these requirements but it was in a kitchy, silvery, sexy tube that was just edgy and fabulous. I knew by looking at it that it wasn't a matte (THANK GOD), but I didn't expect it to transform my lips into a satiny marvel! It felt light and not at all heavy and it stained, which I love, and lasted all day. No feathering at all - not even a TINY bit. And it just glided on straight out of the tube and looked perfect. I didn't have to use a liner or brush. I did, just out of habit but in a rush, slicked on out of the tube would be fine. Get this. Get this! Get as many as you can find in case they discontinue. I'm going to hoard them like crazy.

In terms of color and pigmentation, this lippie takes the cake! A beautiful, highly-pigmented, rich berry shade (not the poppy red as it is described). Against my NW15-20 skin, this shade really "pops" and brightens up my face. This is a matte finish lipstick, so the staying power is great (average 5-6 hours), and even when it starts wearing off it leaves a lip stain. My only major gripe about this product is that is is SUPER drying. Even with a lip balm underneath, this product seems to dry out my lips. Before using make sure you exfoliate your lips really well and use a generous amount of lip balm to prevent flakeing.

This is a gorgeous shade of lipstick and I absolutely love it! This is the second lipstick I've tried from the KVD Foiled Love line and I think it's great. Beranice is a pinkish-red color that looks very flattering on the lips. To me, it's a more wearable red than a straight-on red would be. It reminds me of MAC's New York Apple, for those of you who are familiar with that shade, but slightly less frosty. It's similar to Adora, but whereas Adora is more orangish-red and is a shade lighter, Beranice is a pink-red and a shade darker. The silver packaging is lovely and this lipstick makes me feel beautiful when I wear it. This is one lipstick that I may actually end up using down to the bottom of the tube. Highly recommend.

Another KVD HG lipstick for me! I love this red when I want something not quite as deep as Hellbent. Also, I am in love with the soft metallic shine of the Foiled Love lipstick line. The review saying this is a lot like Adora is absolutely correct. This is a cool version of Adora. I like Adora, but with my cooler skin tone, Beranice is just perfect. It does leave a bit of a stain, but that isn't any problem at all! KVD lipsticks stay on, and to me, are not drying at all! I think I should just stop buying lipsticks if they are not by KVD. All other lipsticks just are not as good, at least for me, as these are!

A great red metallic lipstick indeed, with a nice sheen, long lasting and of very good quality like all of the other Kat von D-products I tested before. It's very close to "Adora", but if you like a real nice metallic sheen, try this one. You won't be disappointed.

It's metallic, matte (needs gloss over it), highly pigmented, but too dry. It is extremely similar to the color Adora. If you have Adora, you don't need to buy this because it's so similar. The subtle difference is that Adora is a warmer shade with an orange undertone and Beranice is a cooler shade with a rosy undertone. I prefer Adora, but again they are very similar. Both stain you lips so after you remove the color, there will still be color stuck on your lips that won't come off until it naturally fades.
