This eye treatment does contain hesperidin, and two peptides that are supposed to de-puff the eye area. However, I do not think that there is a high enough percentage of active ingredients to be effective. I used this product twice daily and did not see any reduction. I have mild puffininess and mild dark circles. Cellular skin rx's eye brightener works for me as well as Avon solutions eye treatment gel.
