I love this Orly shade, especially for the holidays. Like another reviewer said, one coat is sheer and rather subtle, 2 or 3 coats gives lots of white sparkle in the light that appears like sunlight on the snow. I've worn this shade for two weeks in a row because I love it so much.
It goes on easily in thin coats and dries fast. It lasted me about a week each time before chipping. While it looks more subtle if you're not in direct light, it has great sparkle pay-off in the light. Love it!

It's very beautiful as a glitter top coat, you can even use as plain nail polish...I like it, it looks great on all nails and nail polishes.

Tiara is a sheer base with lots of silver (rounded) glitter. One coat is barely noticeable (It looks like a dense silver in the bottle - but really thins out upon application). 2 coats (or event 3 thin ones) are better for a more dense silver-glitter effect. My 6 year old picked this out and it was perfect for her. For me - not so much. Might make a good topper on top of a grey or blue.
