Tiara is a clear layering polish loosely packed with small holo glitters. Its ok, I prefer China Glaze Fairy Dust as that has tinier microglitters much more densely packed. Better impact, less coats needed and glitters are finer too so they remove more easily than Tiara.

I love this Orly shade, especially for the holidays. Like another reviewer said, one coat is sheer and rather subtle, 2 or 3 coats gives lots of white sparkle in the light that appears like sunlight on the snow. I've worn this shade for two weeks in a row because I love it so much. It goes on easily in thin coats and dries fast. It lasted me about a week each time before chipping. While it looks more subtle if you're not in direct light, it has great sparkle pay-off in the light. Love it!

It's very beautiful as a glitter top coat, you can even use as plain nail polish...I like it, it looks great on all nails and nail polishes.

Tiara is a sheer base with lots of silver (rounded) glitter. One coat is barely noticeable (It looks like a dense silver in the bottle - but really thins out upon application). 2 coats (or event 3 thin ones) are better for a more dense silver-glitter effect. My 6 year old picked this out and it was perfect for her. For me - not so much. Might make a good topper on top of a grey or blue.
