This is my new go-to scent since Soap&Glory quit selling the sweet almond spray oil in the states..still trying to convince myself to buy it online. The smell is amazing and it really lasts throughout the day, on my skin its more musky sweet when it mixes with my natural scent and i really love it, i don't know if it's the most moisturizing lotion out there but the smell is what hooked me continued >>

Bath&BodyWorks Paris Amour Body Lotion is supposed to smell like French tulips, apple blossoms, and pink sparkling champagne. This scent was inspired by a romantic walk through the streets of Paris. Bath&BodyWorks lotions feature a non-greasy formula with nourishing ingredients like shea butter, jojoba oil, and vitamin E. Bath&BodyWorks calls their lotion the perfect daily moisturizer. Cheeky. Bath&BodyWorks products are cruelty free, and made in the USA. I purchased my 3 fl oz bottle in store for $3.33 on a 3/$10 deal, but it retails individually for $5.
Packaging for Paris Amour is a pink translucent bottle with an opaque pink cap, in the same curvy shape as all B&BW signature products. The label art work is pretty and very feminine. A foil bow with the scent's name floats across a teal and purple Parisian street with the Eiffel Tower and a couple in love walking along. Cute imagery. I think it's definitely something that will appeal to a lot of girls.
Have you ever smelled a scent that you instantly knew was from Bath&BodyWorks? Was it Paris Amour? Probably. Something about this scent just smells like it's Bath&BodyWorks embodied. Bath&BodyWorks only gives three scent notes on their website; French tulips, apple blossoms, and sparkling pink champagne. I wasn't aware tulips even had a scent. I am, however, very versed with the scent of apple blossoms. Instead of delving deep into describing the scent of Paris Amour, I'm going to sum it up by saying that Paris Amour smells like a mixture of apple juice and champagne. That actually sounds kinda good. On top of smelling like an apple juice/champagne cocktail there is also a very light floral tone to Paris Amour that adds dimension and class.
This scent is one of those that can suit a lot of people. It's fruity-floral-freshness makes it perfect for a preteen, but it's not so fruity floral that it would smell out of place on a 40 year old woman. It's universal. A bonus is that despite being both fruity and floral, Paris Amour is a delicate, simple scent
The lotion it's self is Bath&BodyWorks standard. On the thin side, white, non-greasy. This lotion sinks in quickly, and gives a couple hours of moisture. This lotion leaves my skin feeling silky and lightly, but comfortably moisturized. The scent lingers on the skin for an hour or two. Layer it with a matching shower gel and/or body spray and you'll get a couple more hours.
I recommend Paris Amour if you're looking for a soft fruit-floral with a bit of a twist. Paris Amour is pretty sophisticated by Bath&BodyWorks' standards, with out being super complex. Also I think the imagery on the label is charming. While I won't be repurchasing Paris Amour in favor of trying something knew, I'll enjoy this lotion to the last drop. continued >>

I find the scent of this product to be a little difficult to pin down, but I would describe it as a soft, sweet berry scent. Sometimes it smells more floral, and sometimes it edges toward sugary.
If you like soft, sweet scents (and I don't mean juicy fruit punch scents), this might be for you. I have the small bottle of the lotion and body spray and actually use them as decorative pieces since the packaging is so whimsical and girly.
This isn't my favorite scent ever, nor is it especially unique. But I enjoy using it on days when I want to smell a little sweeter without wearing a full-on perfume.

I bought the Paris Amour body mist as part of a buy 2, get 1 free sale, and I'm questioning my sanity. I wholeheartedly regret the purchase. I know that a lot of people find this scent amazing... but it's just not my type of scent. It's very, very sweet... so sweet that it actually gave me a headache when I sprayed it. This is definitely one of my least favourite B&BW scents. However, if you're into extremely sweet, extremely floral undertones, this just might be for you! continued >>

its odd how some reviewers tend to comment on scents in a manner that insults people that DO like the product. what one person finds unappealing may smell heavenly on another. this scent is one i love IF i am in the mood for it. there are very few fragrances that are a garunteed hit every wiff. this is sometimes not what i have in mind at all - other times its beautiful, especially after 10 mins or so. it feels soft and lingers gently and on me, it smells feminine (not "young/girly") and pretty.
i dont care for many ingredients in bbw products - pity they dont manufacture without them (parabens, etc) but of course that wont prevent my enjoying a good scent! - their online cs, however, had ensured they will never get my business online - unprofessional, to put it mildly. the in-store sales staff are helpful and pleasant and deserve commision, so i buy from them - and dont pay shipping ha!

I ADORE THIS PRODUCT! I also have the matching shower gel and body mist and I love the quality, the packaging, the price and the smell. I love all of B&BW's products, except for a couple of stinkers. Overall, thumbs up! continued >>

Paris by Bath & Body Works smells too fruity. If you want to smell like a fruit salad, then wear it. There is a hint of rose, which is nice, but not enough to overcome the powerful fruity smell. continued >>

Im in love with this whole line. It smells amazing. The body butter feels so incredibly soft and whipped like that it makes my skin feel wonderfully soft all day.
Smells stays on the skin and lingers lightly throughout the day. It reminds me a lot of Juicy's viva La Juicy

re: staciarose22,
Amor Amor is from Cacharel, Amour Amour is from Jean Patou. Not sure which you are referring to

I did not like this at all and I was so excited to try it :( It smells like someone crushed up some sweet tarts and poured them in a bottle.

It doesn't smell like Sweet Pea, it smells similar to Cacharel Amor Amor perfume. It's been discontinued or isn't sold in the U.S. anymore. This is a girlish scent, but it isn't extremely sweet or fruity. I think people are associating the top notes of strawberry and cassis as sparkling champagne notes. They do not dominate the scent. I don't smell any tulips at all. This is probably the Miss Dior Cherie of BBW. I picked up the full sized body lotion free through Seventeen magazine. In the store you cannot really smell the notes clearly because there are so many scents in the air. At first I thought it would be boring, too. It's not. I'll probably pick up a small travel spray once those are available.
This is obviously for a certain age group since it's in the magazine. The rules are a free bottle for women 15-29. Ends 9/12/11. All you do is tear out the page in the magazine and take it into the store. Update: 8/26/11 My original review clearly states the perfume brand/name I think it is similar to, so I don't know why there was confusion.
Top: Sparkling Mandarin, Petite Strawberry, Cassis, Pink Champagne, Apple Blossom, Dewy Freesia
Middle: Luscious Peach, Jasmine Petals, French Tulip, Water Lily, Frangipani
Dry: French Vanilla, Coconut Milk, Amber Wood, Sandalwood, Creamy Musk

Absolutely love this! It's sweet, floral, feminine and perfect for everyday. It seemed unique, not the run of the mill BBW scent. I adore it (bought the body spray in 2 sizes and the lotion... great free gift too!) Definitely a winner in my book.

I was very underwhelmed but this product. When reading the description I had a certain thing in mind and was extremely excited. I spent the extra buck on the small bottle to get it home for a fair review. I didn't like it until about 2 hours later when it was very cooled down. It's way too sweet mixed with fruity-floral, hard to explain but it's not attractive. I got a headache and that NEVER happens to me with B&BW products. The past few items B&BW have been duds to me (i.e. Carried Away, Country Chic). I wish they would bring back my staple Blushing Cherry Blossom since everyone loved that and stop trying new stuff!!! continued >>

The packaging was whimsical and very feminine, and I personally really like it. I, for the lack of a better term, LOVE this scent to death. It is officially my favourite BNBW scent, replacing Secret Wonderland. The mandarin note in this scent makes it refreshing and sweet. It is an everyday scent that women of all ages can wear.

I have a tiny bit of an obsession with anything that has to do with Paris, so I was very excited about this release. And when I went to B&BW and they had the mini bottles of lotion, I smelt it and fell in love. It's such a light, girly scent. So on the launch date, I went and braved the enormous crowd and bought most of the products in the line (body butter, shower gel, bubble bath, spray). I couldn't be happier.
I've been underwhelmed with B&BW's other recent releases, but they've impressed me with this. :) continued >>

I love this scent. It smells so yummy, and it's very light. I hate strong scents that give you a headache ( this is def. NOT one of those). Love it !
On the bottle it says it's a blend of French tulips, apple blossoms, and sparkling pink champagne. (Summary)
