I've been using this product for quite a while now. I've noticed over the past few weeks my hair always dries crunchy, dry, and doesn't feel nice. On a whim I decided not to use this product today and my hair actually feels SOFT. It didn't get crunchy or feel too dry. Crazy how some fancy salon high-end product can actually make your hair feel worse. I won't be using this anymore. For reference, I have dry damaged hair and let it air dry.

I have a few split ends here and there but I used to have way more. I bought this product after seeing many raving reviews My experience with is wasn't what I had hoped for. It didn't heal my split ends like it claimed to, or help at all. I didn't notice any difference. I wouldn't buy this product again.

I tried the whole Nexxus and Tresemme split end line around the same time, and neither worked. I have some very bad split ends and roughness at the tips of my hair. I was hoping to avoid having to get a cut because I am trying to grow my hair out. But really from what I have read online and beauty shows I have seen none of these split end shampoos, conditioners, or treatments work to mend split ends. From what I have gathered all these do is bind the split ends together temporarily, but it will never heal the split ends. Sadly only trims help with split ends.

I love love love this product. I have been repurchasing this so many times but unfortunately this product is a bit pricey, ranging from $10-15 depending on sales and coupons I can get.... D:

I really thought this product should get muchhh higher reviews then it has had. Truly I've been using this product for 4 years and it is incredible. Yes, split ends can't be mended, only cut off, but this product does an amazzzzing job of making your ends as clean as possible. This keeps my hair so that it looks like I just got my hair cut for 2whole months straight. Amazing product, definitely worth the purchase.

I haved bleached blond shoulder length hair...even after the Brazilian Blowout I still have frizz and split ends..so after reading reviews what the heck I bought it...
It does work and doesn't leave a residue if you use sparingly and really work it in hair ..I leave it overnight...it works for me

The only thing that can actually mend a split end is a trim. There is no miracle product. However, I noticed when using this properly, it does help tame/mask split ends in between trims. I put this on after I towel dry my hair, while it is still damp, before I blow dry it straight. I only put it on dry hair if its an emergency. I have noticed a significant difference between applying it wet vs dry, if you are having issues applying it to dry hair, try putting it in right after you wash your hair and see if you notice a difference.
The only Con I can think of is the smell. It smells very manly, like a mens aftershave or cologne.

I really liked this product. Although no product can actually mend split ends, this product did make the less visible. I use it with Tresemme's Thermal Creations, and together they make my hair soft and shiny with very few split ends. Love it!

I bought this for my daughters, ages 6 and 4, who have fine, damaged hair (they tend to yank their hair accessories out and strands of hair come with it. While this does seem to, temporarily, mend split ends and calm the flyaways, it makes their fine hair look and feel rough, removing all softness and shine. I tried it on my hair (which is thick, long, coarse, dry, and naturally curly) and it made my hair rough and dull too. I’ve quit using this and I won’t buy it again.

I LOVE the smell of this stuff, but that's the only thing I like about it. I guess it kinda made some of my split ends go away, nothing drastic. But ever since I started using this stuff my hair has been a complete rats nest, knots everywhere. All in all this pretty much did nothing for my hair, if even made it worse. Don't waste your money.
