I received this as a hostess gift along w/ some really nice products from Sephora. This was awful. Why would someone want to spray alcohol, PVP (that's what's in hairspray!!) ,mineral oil, and some really irritating preservatives on the face after spending to time to apply makeup is beyond reason. The ingredients are:Water / Aqua / Eau, Alcohol, PVP, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Mineral Oil / ParaffinumLiquidum/ HuileMinerale, Aloe BarbadensisLeaf Extract, Polyhydroxystearic Acid,
IsononylmIsononanoate, EthylhexylIsononanoate, Sodium CocamidopropylPG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, CucumisSativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Fragrance/Parfum.
24.00 USD for 3.4 oz is an awful marketing ploy for spraying hairspray on your face. The SP @ Sephora agreed w/ me when I returned this product and said she never uses a product like this after applying makeup on a client. If you "need" this to prolong your makeup you're probably using the wrong products for your skin type!

With the onset of hot and humid weather, I've been wanting to try a makeup setting spray to add a bit of extra staying power to my makeup. I read reviews on several brands before finally deciding on this one by Kat Von D.
This is the first product I've used from her line, and I'm impressed. It really does keep my makeup looking fresh longer without that melted or faded appearance I sometimes get by late afternoon. I don't notice much of a scent and fortunately, it hasn't caused any breakouts.
Some reviewers said they spray it on before adding mascara for fear of making their mascara run, but I haven't found that to be a problem. I finish applying ALL my makeup, then spray one pump over my face and it works very well to set everything in place. I don't notice that it adds any dewiness (which I wouldn't mind) and it doesn't interfere with the semi matte appearance I prefer. Once it's dry, I can't tell I've sprayed anything on my face. It does a great job working invisibly to keep my makeup looking fresher.
Most people who gave a negative review on Sephora said they sprayed this on their face a few times and didn't care for how it made their face feel. The directions recommend just one spray. I admit, spraying only once doesn't feel like it'll be very effective and it's tempting to spray more, but one light spray really is all you need.
I bought this at Sephora for $24 for 3.4 ounces.
