For some reason, this Aqua Liner has a pigmentation issue. No matter how much I shook it before hand, the liner was just not opaque enough. And since it's really quick drying, you can't add a second layer without clumping up the first layer (as you can see in the picture I added). The applicator is really easy to use, loads easier than your average brush that comes with liquid liner. The formula is really long lasting and great for people with hooded lids (no transfer!). If the shade was opaque, it would be a really nice brick red (yes I like red liner, call me crazy). However, it just doesn't work well so it had to be returned. This doesn't mean all the Aqua Liners are bad though, I got #4 (teal) at the same time and really love it. I will definitely purchase more of them, but I'll make sure to go to the store to swatch them first to make sure the opacity is there.
