I can't say I was overly impressed. The color goes on much different than it shows in the bottle, it also kind of went peach on me, it also settled into my fine lines and pores.

Avon... whodathunk?? After wasting dollar after dollar on higher end foundations, I finally took a chance on Avon and ordered samples of this foundation in three different colors. Soft Honey was a perfect match for me so I ordered a bottle. I am super pleased at the appearance and wear I get from this foundation. Avon seems to be notorious for getting rid of foundation formulas and coming out with new ones and I hope that this one sticks around for a while. I will definitely continue to buy it.

Don't buy this if you have oily skin. It'll oxidize and sink into your pores. It didn't really blend well on me and finding a match for my skin tone was hard. The pump can get a little messy and it's expensive for foundation. You can find something much better out there.

This would have been an amazing product for me, however, the lightest shade, light ivory, was still too dark for me. I'm not ghost white by any means, but this looked dark, almost like I had a nice hint of a summer tan, but then my neck looked pale. The consistancy was nice and it didn't wear off my dry skin, nor did it accentuate my flakey cheeks. I just wish it came in an actual LIGHT colour. (For the record, I'm USUALLY the 2nd lightest shade in MOST foundation brands).

I like this foundation. Blends nicely, matte finish and the 'ivory' matched my skin perfectly- but it didn't last all day. I have oily skin, so it was kinda disappointing seeing it fade.
It was a good foundation, I would buy it again, just wished it stayed on longer.

Overall i like this foundation, but it tends to melt off of my skin by the end of the work day. I bought this in pure beige which is a very good color match. I have an oily T-zone so I was hoping this would stand up to that, but it didn't. I prefer Maybelline 24 Hour Superstay to this, but I would repruchase for the right price.

I got this foudation (extra lasting foundation) in Light beige, it really is a nice foundation, its matte, the color blends in very well with my light skin with pinky undertones. I wouldn't say it last all day, although I do have oily skin, maybe 5-6 hours before it gets shiny and starts to disapear, is there really a foundation out there that does last all day 8-10 hrs? I don't beleive so. Use a foundation brush or sponge to put this foundation on, it will blend in alot better. I would definetly repurchase this. Good job Avon!!

Love this! And it has a pump dispenser which is a huge plus. I like that it does not settle into fine lines as many long wearing foundations do. It lasts all day and looks the same after work as it did in the morning when I put it on. It also feels incredibly light, like there's nothing on your skin! I don't mind the lower spf, because I use it with the companion powder which has spf15. Highly recommend this product and I hope Avon does not discontinue it!!

Hmmm...this definately did not last as long as the catalogue claims. I thought it would compare to Revlon CS but it wasn't close. I found this to make me oily only a few hours after use. It blended onto my skin OK, but wasn't anything I'd recommend you run out and buy immediately. I got the color Creamy Natural which I thought would match my NC25/30 skin...but it turned out to be closer to NC35 in coloring. I'll save it for next summer when I get to that shade, but I really wasn't impressed.

Did not meet my expectations. Was hoping it would last the 18 hours it claims, but started fading aftet 8. I'll stick with Estee Lauder Double Wear.

The texture is a little thick for a liquid (as advised for oily skins anyway), and yet the coverage really isn't that great. Isn't that weird?
Lastly, another reviewer of this product advises to buy darker because the colors aren't true to shade in the brochure. Well, thanks to her, I bought Cream Beige (a med golden color which is what I naturally am) because it was just one step darker than the other golden color I would have picked by looking online, Natural Beige. However, I look like Snookie. Just buy what you think looks like you, please. I will just use it with my Clarins to mix it up; no big deal.
The main issue I have is really the lack of good coverage for a thick-feeling liquid foundation. I wouldn't advise if you have old scarring that you're trying to cover or any reddish spots.

This is a great foundation for those of us with oily skin. I like this WAY better than Maybelline Super Stay. No matter what I did with Super Stay, it looks cakey on me and it turns darker by the end of the day.
This foundation is perfect and well worth the price. Will repurchase.

I have super oily skin so attempting to find a foundation that will last my 12 -14 hour days is a challenge. I finally found one by Estee Lauder and it was $37 a bottle. It lasted for months but still $37! Anyhow, I found this and thought I'd try it. I love it and it is just as lasting as Estee Lauder and way cheaper! I did find that I needed a lighter shade than I thought but that is my fault. Make sure you get samples before you buy, that is my only suggestion but if you have super oily skin this should stick with you. I just purchased the Everlasting powder too and it really helps keep the shine down.

This is an exceptional foundation, regardless of price, HE or Drugstore...I ordered two bottles of the NUDE shade, which might be too light for me in the summer (but natural beige was too dark for me in another Avon foundation), but the foundation is so blendable that I could still pull it off. The coverage is moderate to full and it leaves a matte finish, that is not at all flat or drying. I love it so much that it even works as a concealer or eye priner. I own at least ten different foundations, and this is the best one I've ever tried in a decade!

EDIT: I just received my bottles, I have posted my pictures above. Notice that Cream beige and Natural Tan look alike in pictures, but when applied cream beige is def has a lighter undertone compared to Natural Tan.
Ok ladies here is my review. I ordered several samples shades anywhere between light medium to medium colors. Wow, the shade chart in avon books are so off, since I have strong yellow undertones, the colors are placed in the avon book not sequentially based on light to dark. For example, Natural Tan is lighter and yellower than Pure Beige, and Pure Beige is very neutral daker tan. For 9.99 this is better than Revlon Colorstay in lasting power, doesnt oxidize like MAC, and thinner in texture than Estee Lauder Double wear, thicker than Lancome Teinte Idole Ultra, and very similar to Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage foundation which I bought for 34 dollars. Avon extra lasting is very full coverage similar to Essie Lauder.
Here are the shades I got, for reference Im sometimes NC37, Mostly NC40, and the most darkest is NC42:
---Medium Beige, this is light for me and pinker. (This is like Colorstay's Natural Tan)
---For NC37, which I am right now, I highly recommend Cream Beige. On Avon's shade chart, this is listed as lighter than Medium Beige which is wrong wrong. In reality, this shade is very yellow toned and matches my face, neck perfectly for now.
---For NC40, I recommend Natural Tan, this is very yellow toned as well. This is the best yellow toned tan color available. (this is like Tarte in Tan or Lancome in Bisque 6W)
---For NC42 or even NWs, I recommend Pure Beige. Pure Beige is on the neutral side than yellow and this is dark for me right now. (This is like Colorstay's Golden Caramel). This color will be perfect for me when I get tan in late summer
Conclusion: Dont go by Avon's shade chart, order your samples. I absolutely in love with this coverage. I am a foundation junkie, and I have tried many high end and low end, and let me tell you, this could be my next HG foundation because of the price point. Also, I used Avon's finishing loose powder in light medium for all of these. For touch ups, I used HD powder by MUFE. I will post pictures comparing them as soon as I receive the full size bottles. J

Update to my review on 6/30: I received the correct shade yesterday (Natural Beige), so I wore it today and so far am loving it. No touchups have been needed so far, and I love the way it covers but it doesn't feel heavy at all. This is a great foundation for me, and it's so affordable! I have ordered the Extra Lasting pressed powder too, but have to wait a week or so before it comes in :( I want it now!! Really am impressed with Avon products lately!

I have been on a search for years for a great LONG lasting foundation. I saw this in the Avon book and asked for samples. Which I am glad I did because I was not the color I would as assume by simply looking at the photo. I got this in nude and it is a PERFECT match! I put this on at 6 am and its still there around 10 pm when I wash it off. Before I would notice my make up fading around 2 pm. It is by far my new HG foundation:) I have clear even skin with just a touch of redness which this covers very well. This makes me look like I am not wearing any makeup I am going to try the eyeshadow next I will update on that when I try it.

This is Avon's revamped 'Perfect Wear' foundation, so if you used to wear Perfect Wear, this is the new & improved formula. Let me start by saying I didn't love Perfect Wear, it was chalky on me, dried too fast, and I didn't care for the color match. But, I LOVE new Extra Lasting. I'm NC20 and my color match is Light Beige (maybe in winter I'd be the lightest shade, I get a little more pale then)....This is a creamy liquid in a pump, doesn't dry too fast *and* doesn't feel tight and dry on the face like some long-lasting foundations do. It lasted all day on me with no dry patches, no oily patches, and nothing spotty about it. My face looked pretty fantastic today, in fact. :-D It's a great medium coverage foundation that is very buildable if you need even more coverage, and blends easily. I would definitely repurchase, esp since the catalog price is about $10. continued >>

I just got this recently and it's been along time since I used an avon foundation even though I'm a rep. I usually use mark, or more recently I'd been mixing a sephora foundation with a maybelline one to get the right color and texture. I love the packaging, they added a pump with a lid which means no more mess. You can also see in the bottle so you know when to reorder. This foundation is everything I wanted mac studio fix fluid to be. I returned the mac one because it oxidized and gave me milla. The avon one has amazing coverage just like the mac one did without the icky side effects of hefty price tag. The colors are pretty good too. I am normally nc43 and I got pure beige and it's perfect. I will buy this again and again.
