This is supposed to be compared to Neutrogena T-Gel, that works really well, I decided to with this one to save some money, but it does not work, my scalp it still very itchy and I still have dandruff. Lesson learned : stick to what you know for sure it works ! I will be returning this to Walgreens today

This product is the generic version of Neutrogena T-Sal shampoo. It contains 3% salicylic acid and is targeted toward dandruff and itchy scalp. I was especially happy to locate this dandruff formula that uses the milder detergent of laureth sulfate. It is fragrance-free, color-free and preservative-free. It did not initially trash my very bleached hair, and I am going to update when I see how it does with dandruff. The price was a little high ($10) but you get 16 ozs. and it does not take a lot of product each time. EDIT: Yes, it does strip the toner from my bleached hair much more than does L'Oreal ProVive for Colored Hair or Sally's Hair One for color-treated hair. I have stopped using this product because I discovered Hair One totally corrected my scalp problem.
