I was really disappointed in this.... I had ordered this online after seeing swatches of it. It was a red glitter with black microglitter. After ordering I looked up swatches again and found out that milani had changed the formula to a red glitter with gold hexagon glitter, while keeping the same name. In stead of being a beautiful true red it looks like more of an orangey-red. It is quite gloopy to apply and unless you do very thick coats you need at least 3 coats for opacity. It still is quite a pretty polish - very christmasy - but just be aware that the formula has been changed.
Terrible application- this stuff is so thick and gluggy, it somehow refuses to adhere to the tips and leaves you with bald patches. It looks amazing in the bottle but dulls and mattes when it dries and looks like red coloured asphalt. Even 2 coats of seche vite couldn't take away the sandpaper roughness or shine this glitter back up.
Easy glamour, that sums it up.
Took off one lippie because I find it peels faster than most polishes. Well worth the $ otherwise.
This is a pretty dupe of Color Club 'Art Of Seduction' (which I already have 2 bottles of), but I had to have this anyway.
Gorgeous bling of dense red micro-glitter that sparkles beautifully in the sun. I like that it's a true red - not orangey & not burgundy. $4.50 in drugstores (Duane Reade) but am having a hard time finding it, so I got mine from eBay (at a slightly lower cost). Love it.
Like all glitters, it dries matte of course. Can be worn that way or shine up the bling with several layers of topcoat (at least 3 coats for smoothness).
