Great physical sunscreen with all natural, non harmful ingredients.
As previous reviewers said, it's not greasy, but rather matte and stays on pretty well (the only thing that stays all day on my active 9- year old kid's face is 100% pure's foundation).
Goes on reasonably smooth the first application, and dries matte, but the following reapplications are all but pretty for me. I worked outside doing manual labour this summer, and I would look pretty scary after reapplying this several times during the day. To be fair, I used no mirror, and also got a lot of dust on my face most days.
Hands get thick layers of products stuck on them when applying, as it dries fast.
However, I never burned, not even on the day I forgot to bring the bottle, and had to rely on the morning application.
No skin irritations at all!!!! And I am prone to them.
The tint is good for PPP me, evens out the skin tone.
Will buy again for summer.

I use this as my daily face sunscreen. I have combination skin, and this dries matte on my normal areas, but my oily t-zone remains oily. It has a pleasant, thin, runny texture, but it dries quite fast and if you don’t exfoliate, it grabs and clings to EVERY dry patch and skin cell. It has a moderate mediciney smell, which doesn’t bother me. Despite what their website says, this DOES leave a whitecast on my light-medium skin tone (MAC NC25 for reference). It leaves a moderate white cast with 1 pump, and a prominent white cast with 2 pumps. I use 2 pumps because 1 pump is far too little. Other drawbacks to this sunscreen is that it's hard to wash off and it leaves a white powder after it dries.

Overall, a great non-greasy, thin-textured sunscreen, but the whitecast is quite an inconvenience for me. But I won’t knock down the rating for that reason. I refuse to mix it with liquid foundation because that would significantly dilute the sun protection. I will continue to use this up but I’m still on the hunt for something better. (I only use zinc sunscreens) But this sunscreen would be perfect for very fair skintones.

This one is my favorite HG body sunscreen, despite it being very white on skin. So far it's the only sunscreen I've found that uses bulk sized zinc oxide (no nano or micronized particles) and isn't thick like a diaper cream. So yes, it's *white* and is visible on skin, but it has a perfect warm tint to it and it's reasonably thin and spreads well on skin. On darker or tan skins it would look horrible, I'm sure, but on someone pale (me, lol) it blends right in and doubles as fair tinted sunscreen adding a bit more perfect-polished look to skin, has a nice natural finish, not too matte or oily, blends perfectly without streaks, clumping, balling up and whatelsenot. Can be problematic on hairy areas, but that's kinda given with physical sunscreens. What I like most is that simply isn't greasy, unlike most other sunscreens I can use it on hands and it sticks to skin and doesn't leave fatty finger prints all over the place. I can however stain dark clothes a bit, but not too much. While it's mostly body sunscreen, I have used it on face and it works there as well, although it can be drying on face due to the high zinc content (20%, used to be 19% a while ago), so a good moisturizer underneath is needed. Hasn't broken me out so far either. It's even gentle enough to be used around eyes, although only with a cream underneath, I used it for a while with no cream underneath and it exaggerated fine lines due to the drying effect of zinc. But at least it doesn't sting in eyes, even tho it has rosemary oleoresin and ylang ylang essential oil in it, but they must be added in really tiny amounts because it has a *very* faint scent, almost undetectable. No milia infestations either. Despite being so thin Kid Safe Screen sticks to skin very well, in fact I find it almost impossible to remove it without a decent cleanser, so it's probably moderately water resistant and could be used as sports sunscreen. I never had any episodes of burning or tanning while using it for almost a year, even if was lazy and didn't reapply during the day, in fact I consider it to be one of the most photo-stable body sunscreens currently on market. Kid Safe Screen is also organic, minimal ingredients (see above), recyclable packaging. The packaging is really nice as well, it's an aluminum container with a pump that dispenses the right amount. Can be unscrewed to get out every last bit of product, so no waste there. I just wish it came in bigger container though, I go through the 80 ml very fast, 300 ml option would be much appreciated.
