This is a good inexpensive, all-natural moisturizer with gentle ingredients. The fact that this moisturizer is lightweight and quickly absorbed makes it ideal for applying in the morning under my makeup. I like to rotate it with my heavier moisturizers and jojoba oil that I use in the winter months when my skin is drier. I really recommend it for people who are looking for an affordable all-natural moisturizer for use under makeup or for those with oilier skins who do not need a heavy moisturizer.

I love this product!
I have oily/combination/acne prone skin and this cream fits the bill as it is lightweight and gives me just the right amout of moisture.
Plus, it is Canadian and eco-friendly - what more is there to love?
I really wanted to like this. The concept is great: Canadian-made, natural, with a low EWG rating. Unfortunately it fails to deliver in execution. As another reviewer mentioned, this stuff barely moisturizes at all. I had to apply and reapply several times after washing my face before my skin felt hydrated, which is a bit ridiculous. Maybe if you have extremely sensitive, damaged, oily skin this would be the thing to use, but I've long since given up using this. I tried to at least finish the package, but when it doesn't do what it's supposed to, what's the point?
In my search for organic skincare, I came across green beaver and bought some of the items in their line:
1) Grapefruit face wash
2) Exfoliating face wash
3) Blemish foam
4) Green tea moisturizer
They are all subpar products but are good b/c of their ingredients and how natural and unharmful they are.
The moisturizer is NOT moisturizing at all. It dries instantly on my face and after it dries, my face feels like it doesn't even have any moisturizers on it! And mind you, I do NOT have dry skin either!!!!
I say save your money and buy a heavier moisturizer. To maintain a healthy skin, you need to be "hydrated" as counterintuitive it may be for oily skin.
This is a natural, unscented moisturizer. While my skin gets very dry in the winter, it can also be quite oily in our warm and humid summers. This is a good product year-round, absorbs quickly, and soft on my sensitive skin. I really like that it is fragrance free ; as much as I like scented products, I really don't want them on my face. It is very affordable at around $13. Much cheaper than the stuff at Lush!
